Close to interstate and plenty of places nearby for dinner. The breakfast was one of the best I have ever seen for a continental breakfast a lot of options and the staff kept it well stocked never did they run out of anything. I like that they have later hours for breakfast on the weekends so you do not feel rushed. Our room and bathroom were very clean and our floor was quiet. My other family members weren't so lucky with quiet guests around them.

This is being very nit picky, but our hair dryer didnt work. The pool was run down and needs repair. We had a run in with a very rude guest at the ice machine, but that isnt the hotels fault. Like i said have to really look to find something wrong.

dryhave There were problems from just entering into the hotel. There was no Internet service, The people at the front desk were rude. We had to go downstairs to get More towels and wash cloths, When we clearly booked for 4 people And the room was set up for 2 people. Request for the ground floor due to handicap person on board, We was told the floors on the bottom were holding for people with pets. Also the washing machine was out of service we were told we could go to the Hotel across the parking lot to use their washing machine ,but we would have to come back to our hotel to dry.Dryer at that hotel was not working. Over all just a big mess.Will not recommended this hotel to anyone.

Breakfast was pretty good with several different choices. For the most part it was clean.

Smoking area was not even close to a door. Had to walk all the way around the building. It would be nice if there was a close door. The floor and our tub in our bathroom was covered in hair so that tells me cleaning staff didn't do a very good job.

Breakfast was adequate.

Very clean and comfortable suite. The room was very quiet.

Would have been nice to have outdoor pool or patio.

The staff were all kind and courteous. They all were amazing. Even the kitchen staff who was poking in and out to put food out was amazing. I had inquired through the app about a play pen for my daughter and when I got to my room, they had it in there for me. I was taken aback at how considerate and sweet that was.

There isn’t anything I didn’t like.

this is a clean and comfortable hotel, located very close to the 77 exit. check in was super quick and easy, friendly staff. public areas have been updated and are welcoming, well lit, spacious, clean. the room was very large and very clean, with older outdated furnishings that are obviously well used but not decrepit or unsightly. my favorite thing was that the TV remote had a fresh plastic cover on it! I did not use the pool or have breakfast so cannot comment. I’ll be traveling that way again in a few weeks and will definitely stay here again overnight. many restaurants nearby.

The room was very clean and nicely decorated. We had everything that a traveler would need. The beds were comfortable, the flat screen TV worked fine, and the ventilation kept us comfortable. This continental breakfast is better than most, tasty and many choices. Attractive lobby and helpful staff. A great place to stay!

we didn’t even realize it until morning - all the shower soap broke into pieces when opened. and then we had no shower curtain. when we mentioned it on our way to breakfast, there was one up when we returned to our room, with many apologies.
