Our rooms were very spacious. Check in was easy and quick. We had an adjoining room with my son. The location was perfect. The rooms were very nice. Comfortable beds. It was quiet. We also loved the geese walking around. We know they make an awful mess, but we loved them!

The sewage smell on the way into the building. My son's room smelled like sewer gas on occasion as well. Our shower drain would not stay open on its own so we used a cup lid to keep it open while we showered. Housekeeping needs to dust a bit more. Lots of dust on the lamps and fixtures. My son's room key stopped working.

The layout of the room was very nice. I had never seen a mirror in the restroom before which had a light behind it which gave indirect lighting on the person in front of it. It was a nice touch but was not bright enough for my tastes. The beds and pillows were comfortable and clean. The desk chair was comfortable as was the sitting bench. The room was a nice size and the bathroom was large enough to accommodate more than one person, if need be. Everything seemed to be updated and in good repair.

The breakfast hours are not long enough. We came in late and rose late the next morning. The breakfast had already ended. It should be extended to at least 10AM, in my opinion. Everything else was at or exceeded our expectations. There was construction around the facility which made it difficult to get to. Minor things I noticed were the flush handle on the toilet was rubbing against the lid which caused the flapper valve to stay open, so it would not fill until pulling the lid down, I noticed a hair hanging from a picture in the restroom. It could be easily missed by the cleaning staff, Both of these things are minor and will not stop me from staying again should the opportunity arise.

We were able to check in early. We came especially for the kids to use the pool so that was great! We asked for a room close to the pool and they made that happen! Our room was clean and spacious with lots of storage space. The breakfast was fine, but I was hoping for a few more selections…but what we did have was good.

We stayed 2 nights but no one ever came to give us new towels or take the trash, which wasn’t a big deal. Maybe that’s the way it works these days? Also, the hot tub jets really didn’t work that great, but it still felt good to relax there for a bit.

Breakfast were great until Thursday when there was no meat option. Check in was great. All staff; front desk, kitchen and housekeeping were friendly, attentive and accommodating.

Room bathroom, vanity sink slow to drain. Shower curtain road leaning so shower curtain would not stay shut on each end. Price jump on Packers game night stay. 2 nights $84 +. Game night $224 +. This is definite price gauging.

The breakfast was good. The location was very good. The hotel was nice and clean and room was spacious.

What could have been better was if our rooms were cleaned without having to give a days notice. We assumed that when we hung the sign on the door knob that our room would be cleaned.

Fresh new remodel. Comfortable bed. I’ve stayed at this facility for nearly 2 decades under multiple franchises.

Did not service the room during the 3 night stay. This was the first time that happened at this facility in my experience over many years. Breakfast was also a step down.

Pool & Facilities were up to standards. Pool Towels are included at pool. Even though we did not take advantage of the breakfast it smelled great.

The fans in the bathrooms do not appear to work. The Lock on the bathroom door (in the pool) does not work. Some of the switches in our bathroom were loose in the wall.

very clean, and very nice staff at the front check out and just overall nice color scheme very nice comfortable bed.

Most of the hotels nowadays use that bar that is a flat piece of metal for the shower rod that gives the spacious effect for the curtain and there’s was loose… I don’t know if somebody had been hanging off of it but it was the only thing that was really not up to par in the room that we stayed in.

We liked the breakfast available and the location of the hotel.

Didn't think bathroom fan exhaust worked well enough also pool/hot tub not open late enough for us as I was working at our Greenville catfish extravaganza all weekend and didn't get back until after 11 or midnight. It would've been nice to get into the hot tub after the long hard day to massage my body somewhat.

Staff was excellent and extremely helpful and accommodating. Location was perfect, I was traveling on business and had a seminar at the local technical college, hotel was located within a few minutes.
