This is a clean, comfortable hotel. One thing to note: their website says that they welcome dogs, but their weight limit is actually 40 lbs. There was a 25 dollar fee. The room was large, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and it is centrally located in Ashland. I liked it and I would probably stay there again.

The breakfast is packaged, processed food. Not worth it. It is also incredibly expensive for what it is. There's nothing wrong with the hotel and I enjoyed the room, but it's as expensive as the fanciest hotels in the area without their amenities.

breakfast was wonderful both days. Different choices helped a lot. The room was very spacious.

I booked online, but when I got to the hotel and asked for room pricing, it was $75.00 cheaper than what I booked. So that was really upsetting. Especially since they would not take $150.00 off for the two nights. It just proves that booking ahead of time doesn't always help.

The continental breakfast was wonderful. And the nice bright breakfast room it was served in. The bedroom was spacious the bathroom also! The fridge was big enough to fit several things. We needed blankets for our bed and had no problem getting them at the desk.

Internet is terrible!really not up to par for Hotel quality. Quite frustrating considering the rest of the hotel is quite nice. I would hate to have needed the internet for work purposes while I was staying here.

Didn’t realize there was no pool. Previously stayed at a Cobblestone location and it had a pool so I never checked closely to see this location didn’t have one.

Breakfast was good, nice selection. Front desk service was really good and helpful. Check out was smooth and quick. Facility looked good. Good suggestions for supper.

Curtains don’t cover window completely and let light in early (in summer). Very expensive if you don’t book well in advance.

The location was great and easy to find. The restaurants right next door had excellent food. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The shampoo & soaps were a very nice touch. We found the whole place to be clean.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The Queen suite was spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping and front staff were both very helpful. They went out of their way to be accomodating! Overall very friendly vibes to the place including individually wrapped cookies at the front desk!

The tv in our room kept going out the first few days, so we had to complain several times. It was inconvenient to reconnect to their wifi daily. The staff frequently had their masks on their chin or under their nose, so would have preferred better compliance with their masking.

very clean, easy to get to, great staff, breakfast was good. Gym area was clean and cool and had good choice of weights. loved multipurpose cable machine. long fireplace in reception area was so cool, loved that and the cool white/blue lights.

not a fan of pets, noticed some dog hair outside room on carpets, however room didn’t smell like pets so that was a plus
