I do like a softer pillow, but the room was spotless, quite large for a hotel room, and the people owning/working there were wonderful! Breakfast was the usual fare, but well stocked and maintained at the appropriate temperature. They serve from 5:00 a.m. until 9:00 a.m. to accommodate the numerous construction workers that stay there. The breakfast area was quite crowded on our second day since the rain delayed the construction workers from leaving.

Tables and breakfast counter could be cleaned more frequently since quite a few people seem to find it difficult to clean up after themselves! In addition, some of the counter space and tables were sticky from spilled/dribbled syrup.

1) WIFI didn't work. Showed availability but didn't work. Stadium View WIFI worked great, same laptop - needs correction 2) Mattress - Very uncomfortable - needs correction 3) Pillows - Small, not particularly comfortable although OK - could be improved

We were checking in late at night due to a tree falling on our house and making it unlivable. We were exhausted and still in shock a bit. The nicest staff member checked us in and saw my wife and I with our teen sons and upgraded us to a suite. We never told her what happened. Maybe she saw it in our faces. Not sure but it made our night! The boys didn’t have to share a bed or sleep in the floor. It’s the little things that can make your day! The next day they were able to renew the same room one more day so we could be safe again.

I did not participate in the breakfast other than coffee. My granddaughter picked me up in the morning & brought me back to hotel after dinner. If I go to Green Bay again, I would stay there. Good value For your money.

I would have preferred the Ground floor. No elevator. Granddaughter had to take My luggage upstairs For me.

Breakfast was delicious. Very clean and lots of food not just donuts, waffles, sausage and eggs, yogurt... loved it. Staff is amazing. This is my 2nd visit and I would stay there again. Very safe and friendly staff

Coffee could be a better brand. Not the best tasting but ok

Our Key cards didn't work both nights we got back. Good thing we came in the main door instead of the side door.

Breakfast was well stocked and attended to. Check in and check out was easy.

Room smelled a little like someone had smoked in there and it was being covered up. Wasn't terrible, but something smelled a little off. Shower was sub-par. Not terrible, but below average.

Easy check-in, good-size comfortable rooms, standard breakfast, good location for us, would certainly book with this Hotel again.

There was nothing to dislike about the Hotel.

Check-in and out went very well. Room was clean, TV was good.

The first two nights of my stay there was no cleaning, so I had to buy some garbage bags. I almost ran out of towels, and my bed wasn't made. When the room was finally cleaned I didn't get all the towels replaced. Kind of a downer.

I really liked that there were no issues with my pet staying in the room with me. The bed was very comfortable, plenty of towels, the cleaning staff asked if I needed any items for my room. Everyone greeted with a smile and kind interactions. The breakfast was satisfactory.

The carpet in the hallway looked very old, either that or it needed a thorough cleaning
