Room was clean and comfortable, staff was very friendly and helpful. I asked for extra towels and someone was at the room handing them to my family before I even had a chance to go back upstairs. The kitchenette was perfect for our needs. Beautiful facility and convention rooms. We did not have time to use the pool but it looked very nice.

Gated parking is an extra charge. It makes sense given the location, but it would have been nice to know in advance. We were there for a convention and didn't have any reason to leave the hotel for the whole weekend, but it did not to appear to be the kind of neighborhood where a person would want to go for a walk alone after dark.

The room was clean, cozy. Beautiful hotel. Loved the Christmas tree in the atrium!!!

We ended up having to pay twice for parking!! $10 when we checked in and then the next time we left we had to pay another 12$!!! That is a rip off.

Beautiful atrium/lobby, I got a top floor room with a balcony and was the biggest/nicest room I've ever stayed in, the pool and fitness room was a nice plus and the breakfast was amazing!

The only things that bothered me was how it's a non smoking rooms and when I had my balcony door open, multiple times throughout the night I could smell cigarette smoke from the guests a few rooms down smoking on their balcony. Also, how the mini fridge seemed to be faulty because I had a full $8 ice cream thaw out while sitting in the freezer compartment. When I got in the room and put my food in there, I noticed the temp dial inside the mini fridge pretty low, so I turned it up a bit because of the ice cream and it seemed like it was turned down low instead.

The staff was fabulous. My husband, grandson and I stayed for two nights. The staff welcomed us so warmly and courteously. The beds were comfortable, the food was quite good, the Hot Tub was actually hot, thank you very much.

I didn't like, was most disappointed you had no availability July 12-15th 2024. Luckiy for you of course, so I'm pleased you are busy, but our grandson, Dylan will be most upset. Thank you.

Wonerful pool, hot tub and gym facilities, all very clean. The chef went out of his way in the restaurant at breakfast to meet our dietary restrictions. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were large and comfortable.

We had to pay for parking but it was only $10. The room was also a little cold, but when we called the front desk a tall space heater and extra blankets were brought up to us quickly and cheerfully.

The hotel was very convenient for the football game we were in town to see, so overall a very good experience. The rooms are nice, but the common areas appeared to need a little TLC, as the carpeting and the general look and feel of those areas seemed a bit tired. That said, the staff made up for any shortcomings of the hotel's physical look. They were all very nice, warm, and helpful when needed.

Decor and general common space updates are needed

We had reserved a room with two queen beds because we were three adults and a toddler. When we got there we were told we had been assigned a room with a king and a couch. My husband finally had to talk to the manager to get the room we needed. Once the room was sorted out, the rest of the stay was excellent and the beds were especially comfortable.

Very reasonably priced. Our room was huge! The walls were very thick, so hallway noise was not an issue. Comfortable beds and clean.

Parking here is not great. You pay $10 a day to park in the hotel lot, but there isn't enough space, so they tell you to use "overflow parking" which is quite far from the entrance and it seems like unless you specifically ask, they will still charge you for parking in a lot that you don't actually get to park in.

The rooms were spacious, the property was clean and well kept, the pool area was amazing!

There was a very unfriendly staff member that made our coffee in the coffee shop on March 9. Our friends we stayed with went before us and had the same reaction. She was unfriendly and rolled her eyes with us. Front desk staff were so friendly and helpful though!

I stay here often and I absolutely love the rooms. They are large and provide two seperate spaces (bedroom and living room area). Every time I have stayed here the staff have also been wonderful.

Gated parking area and layout of parking lot. Hard to get in and out especially with a truck. Most places in Green Bay also don't charge for parking. Not a big deal though!
