All staff amazing and friendly from check into to cleaning service, Amazing girls, and the overnight staff who prepared breakfast everyone so friendly and helpful, only thing i would change is pending charge to credit card for incidentals since i prepayed my stay ahead of time when i booked and unawhere I would have to charge the 100.00 and then wait for credit to appere back on credit card

just having to use a credit card to pay 100.00 charge for incidentals then waiting to get a credit back to card in 5-7 days we left the room in perfect condition.

The facility is located in a great spot for food and nearby indoor water parks. The manager is very hospitable and knowledgeable about the area. Enjoyed our stay to the Dells.

The bathroom was small. During a bad storm, the county nor hotel notified us in the hot tub that a storm with lightning blew in. The hot tub is indoors. We didn't see the storm coming or hear it arrive with the jets going and all the kids playing. Thank God the hot tub was grounded when lightning struck or we would all be dead.

The hot tub in my room was amazing. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly. The indoor pool wasn't packed and the room was spacious and quiet. Overall I had a pleasant experience.

The only thing I didn't like which isn't a big deal, the bathroom in room 124 the ceiling above the toilet was dirty. It might have to be repainted.

Free Noah’s ark tickets with stay! If u stay 1 night u get 2 and if you stay 2 nights you get 4! The wristbands are good for 4 consecutive days. Great breakfast! Room was clean and comfortable. Hallways need a little fresh paint, but safe and comfortable!

Paint a little dingy, but stay was fantastic and staff were very nice!

The location was good it was close to most of the entertainment we were planning to do.

The lady that was training the new staff wasn't very friendly and wasn't very patient with the new hires. She made me feel very uncomfortable. The new employee was very friendly and was trying his best. The room was clean, the bathroom was super small, and I ended up ripping my swimming suit on a broken tile in the hot tub.

Very clean facility, helpful staff, check in and out was easy, hotel was close to restaurants and stores. The beds were very comfortable. Property was very well maintained.

Maybe I just didn't read the fine print but I was under the impression that our stay included free tickets to the waterpark for all who were included in our room but it's 2 free tickets and then you have to pay for additional ones. Everything else about our stay was wonderful though!

The hotel is very clean and organized. I loved the indoor pool, spa and sauna. It’s still under renovations but that did not interfere with our stay.

My stay was 3 nights and no one ever came to remove trash or supply more towels.

Nice employees, great location, not expensive so you have more money to do activities around the town.

The one chairs leather cushion was all worn out.

The breakfast was good and the hotel was good fun for the kids just wish we had more tickets for Noah’s ark we wasn’t aware of how many so that was a bummer

We only got 2 tickets to the Noah’s ark water park and we had a family of 5 so we couldn’t go to that park .. we was totally blind sided by that

The breakfast was great and they had a wide variety of things to choose from. The hotel was quiet and peaceful. It was extremely clean and all amenities were met. I would stay here again!

It's an old building and some of the furniture needs to be upgraded but overall it is a decent hotel for the price!
