we liked the location, the breakfast and that they had a fitness center.

They had an influx of people that came in for New Year’s and they were awful….loud, and appeared to have mad a mess of the place. I don’t think the hotel had the staff to keep up with the cleaning of the lobby bathrooms, elevator, etc.

Staff was courteous and attentive. Room was very clean with plenty of pillows. A/C was good and not noisy. Ample parking in the lot. Lots of options for breakfast (hot and cold items) including soy milk which was great for my lactose intolerant daughter!!! Pool was a good size. Great location! My family would definitely stay here again!!!

Only complaint was the chair in the room was uncomfortable, not a huge deal but worth mentioning.

The check in/ check out process was quick. The room appeared to be clean and as requested. The bed felt comfortable.

The bed pillows gave poor support and the ac/heater needed repair. It was a cold Winter evening and no matter how warm we adjusted the thermostat, it pumped mostly cold air from the vents. (Room 119).

This is a newer hotel, nicely decorated and very comfortable. very good breakfast with plenty of choices for anyone. Pool and hot tube were a very nice plus. There was a major winter storm that came in resulting in staying an extra two nights. This was easily taken care of by the staff.

The hotel is modern, bright and open. The pool/hot tub was spacious. The workout room had enough equipment to get the job done. Not knowing what to expect for breakfast during these times, it was great. Waffles, breakfast sandwiches, variety of cereals, fruit and pastries. We had an issue with billing for one of the rooms and Kim Dimick, the hotel manager, had it corrected in less than 24 hours. That was much appreciated.

We stayed 3 nights. After the 2nd night we received no housekeeping services. That wasnt tragic, but the garbage cans, especially in my daughters' room, were overflowing. Would have liked just a quick touch up.

The BW Plus staff were pleasant and friendly. The room was ready, available and clean. The internet strength was good. The bed and pillows were comfortable. And the hallway noise was low and tolerable.

Waffle maker in the breakfast area did not operate as per instructions.

It was clean! The hotel is modern. The bed was very comfy and pillows too. The staff was great. Very easy going and helpful with restaurant suggestions.. the pool and hottub were nice and had a free breakfast!

The pool was extremely cold and dirty. Hot tub also dirty and so hot you couldn't sit down in it. The room was very nice. Clean and a very comfortable bed. Nice clean fresh newer towels. The breakfast was very nice.

The had an excellent hot tub and a nice, complimentary pool. The room was nice, and the facility was kept in excellent shape. They had complimentary continental breakfast which was a solid option to get started in the morning.

Breakfast was okay. Lots of choices, but did run out of items like eggs, sausages, waffle mix, fruit.

I wish there was more water pressure in the shower and the drain was pretty slow.
