The customer service I received during my stay were very personable and helpful. Breakfast food was good during my stay. I'd say better than average there. My room was very clean and updated with modern conveniences and my bed was very comfortable.

Hotel breakfast is always a challenge to make, from continental breakfasts with just general grab and go items to hot food. This was above average but could be improved a bit to knock it out of the park. Our breakfast is the last thing we have from the hotel, so it should send us on our way loving our investment in the hotel.

Peace and quiet was what I wanted and it the location had it. The pool and workout rooms were unexpected so that was great to have! Friendly concierge and service.

I would suggest a pamphlet for food delivery services. There really isn't anything nearby to dine on except for gas station chicken and such. It did fine for the duration of my time - it'd be nice to have more choices.

Clean, comfortable room. Amazing breakfast. Pool was a little smaller than I would expect.

The only issue was that there were a couple of youth traveling hockey teams staying at the hotel. The hotel conference room was right next to our room. Some of the parents were using the conference room and were certainly enjoying their evening well past quiet hours.

The location was amazing! The breakfast was also amazing, full breakfast bar it had something for everyone.

The fridge in our room didn’t work, and the pull out bed seems like it could of been replaced because the springs where in your back all night. The jets in the hot tub also did not work.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was delicious! Overall, I'm sure I'll be going back but there are some things to be improved.

The walls/ceilings are THIN. I could hear every single thing happening above me until everyone went to bed which was rough since it wasn't until late. I found some opened coffee in my room telling me they do not check or change it as they should. Some of the staff was also rude.

very organized clean , very nice place to stay , staff was very professional great breakfast especially the cinnamon rolls my kids said they are better than “Cinnabon”

We’re taller and older so the very low toilet in room 429 was not great. Turns out we should have requested an “accessible” room—we’ll keep that in mind for the future.

I liked how comfortable our room was and how friendly the staff was

Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 330 pm so we were told that when we come back from the wedding in Solon Springs Wisconsin an hour away from the hotel that it would be ready when we came back to our room even though check in was at 3 pm . We had to change into our wedding attire in a conference room and that was awkward for us .

no restaurant/bar but the hotel made up for it by having a nice patio to lounge on.

Everything was clean and super comfy!

The only complaint i has was, Our room had a funny yucky smell. Actually kept me up during the night.
