The pool area was amazing! It is very spacious. The temps of all the pools were comfortable. The sports pool was so fun offering basketball and volleyball. The slides were a blast. Hot tub was huge! The breakfast was decent. I like that they had hot options every morning and a waffle station. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

The futon was older and a tad lopsided. We found an old cookie under it when we converted it into a bed. The toilet in the bathroom was slanted to one side. Some elements like these mentioned could benefit from a little updating. That being said, we would still stay here again in a heartbeat!

Front staff were very nice! Quick check in and check out process. Hot breakfast in the morning was very appreciated and starting it at 5:30. Our room was very nice! It was a very nice surprise that the bedroom was it’s one separate room, there was a couch, dining room table, kitchen sink, microwave, full size refrigerator/freezer, a separate tv in the bedroom, spacious bathroom and a separate mirror in the kitchen/living room area. And I loved the lodge theme and furnishings! Great location right of the highway, very close walking distance to many places to eat and gas stations! Great suite for the price! Will stay here again!!

I love the hotel in general. They have nicer rooms that accommodate all of my family. I myself booked four rooms this weekend. The staff was great. The property was great but not perfect. We've been staying there for years and will continue to do so. The pool area is very large and holds a lot of people. The hot breakfast is a plus as well. We had the sandhill crane sweet which holds a large bathroom/shower a king sized bed a large Jacuzzi tub, a TV stand and bedside table. Then in the other room there is a kitchenette with a full size fridge and sink, microwave, a 4 seat dining table, along with a living room area which was a futon sofa, and a TV stand. It's a very nice room if you need more space.

Some small stuff like my bed was like 6" from the wall which isn't a deal breaker because with the large bathtub and the bedside table on the other side it's understandable. Overall it's a very good place to stay. The sheets weren't right for the mattress and kept coming loose at the corner.

This was our second year coming to tomah from La Crosse to stay here for my daughter's birthday, she turned six this year and insist she wants to come every year for her birthday! It's perfect for young kids and even adults to enjoy. The park is wide open so you can always see your kids no matter where they are playing. The staff was absolutely wonderful to us, every single one of them! Very friendly and always asking if we needed anything, and staff was always working, cleaning, and on the move to help. The prices are awesome as well. I can't think of one thing bad to say, we love coming here. (:

Only bad thing is how fast time flies when your having fun!(:

I didn’t go for the breakfast. But I enjoyed their pool area as did my grandson. There’s a small waiting pool for a small children that has a slide. 3 foot Deep area. And a good size main pool fit. The deepest is 4‘2“. It was most enjoyable.

The room was booked as a kitchenette. And that turned out to be a small microwave and a mini fridge. I was disappointed in that. I didn’t bring appropriate things because I thought there would be a small kitchen.

The room was clean, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The lady that does the breakfast was amazing. She's been there for years and is always very friendly, and works hard to keep up with the breakfast area. We've stayed there for years and will continue to stay at cranberry lodge whenever we are in the area.

Everything was really good. We did come back after a day of activities and noticed that the toilet was running. At this point it has probably ran all day. Room 108 toilet could likely use some work. It was a very minor inconvenience. If there was one thing I could say that was a negative is that we must've had a family with small children staying above us as we heard the pitter patter of little feet late at night and very early in the morning. I know that's not the hotel's issue. In the future when the hotel is remodeled, they may want to consider putting family rooms on the first floor. Other than that my stay was fantastic as always.

One of the front desk workers a girl refused to help us because the room was on a second floor and didn't have an elevator and I have a knee issue and I have to have a knee replacement but the guy that was working helped me fix my situation was thankful he was working was there for my daughter's hockey tournament in Sparta we're from Wausau

I liked the very comfortable bed -- there was also a futon-couch so three people could stay there in comfort. I liked the good hot water and bathtub. The breakfast was very good - good scrambled eggs. The room is a sort of suite, the futon in one section, the large bed in the other -- both sections have TVs. The staff was very helpful and courteous. if I go there again I will bring a swimsuit. The TV had 'Turner Classic Movies' which I like but a lot of places don't have that channel, which is a senior thing, I guess. Location is good if you are coming or going on the bus -- Chicago to/from Minneapolis.

I wish I could have stayed longer but I had to catch a bus at 8:20 a.m.

We just stayed 11 hours . We were on a road trip. The location was perfect. It was very clean ..We had a glimpse of the pool area. It looked wonderful!The breakfast was good. Staff were very good. I am not going to comment that the rooms were dated because the important thing is cleanliness and comfortable beds. My husband thought it was nice that there was a pub there.We has no time to get the full experience.

The hotel was clean, quiet and the keys worked every time. Nice pool area, welcoming staff, will definitely stay again.

The fan in the bathroom was extremely loud and the toilet used about (5) gallons of water per flush, also the breakfast area was poorly attended. Getting into the hotel was a little tricky due to there being a gas station ridiculously close causing guests to drive around it to find the front entrance.
