The food and service at the restaurant was amazing! The Prime Rib, Salmon dinners and breakfast were perfect. Fairly large portions and great sides. Service was fast and the staff was very friendly. This was an amazing restaurant on property that made the stay very enjoyable. Staff was very friendly and always willing to help with guidance on activities and places to see. The housekeeping staff was most helpful always asking if we needed anything for our room. Note: The cabins had all the basics like bed, refrig, microwave, TV and bath facilities but they were rustic cabins. ATV rentals down the road, Union Pass, were fantastic and we really enjoyed the trails. A must see is the Military Vehicle Museum in Dubois. An extremely large display of military vehicles, WWII, Korean and Vietnam war displays. This museum rivals some of the best in the world.

There was not much we didn't like. The evenings were nice but they did have some unseasonably warm days while we were there and a ceiling fan in the room would have been nice. Office closes at 5:00 and we checked in late. No problem, but we didn't get much of an overview of the property at check in.

The location is beautiful. Communicating with the facility before arrival was easy, messages were answered quickly and thoroughly. Everyone I interacted with that was staff were great. Friendly, polite, and helpful. They were very accommodating with check in and parking (with a 28 ft snowmobile trailer). The continental breakfast was an additional $5 per person eating, but there were quite a few options for grab and go, and he was nice about encouraging us to take all we wanted. The restaurant is also very good with quality food.

We stayed in a small log cabin. The bed was very comfy and linens were soft and fresh smelling. They have a restaurant on-site. We were too early to order dinner. Dinner starts at 5 and the menu looked really good. We went ahead and ordered from the lunch menu. Tomato Basil Soup and burgers with fries. The burger was very good. The waitress/bartender was very nice and gave us some tips on visiting Sacagaweas gravesite. The waitress said her uncle was police chief on the reservation a few years ago so she knew a little about it. We left very early and they made check out easy for us. I noticed a lot of hunters staying there because hunting season started. They were all nice too. The location is about 5 miles up a mountain at the top. Very safe surroundings.

Don't take cabin 1 or 2. The other cabins have a foundation. Only 1 & 2 have logs for foundation under the floor. The logs were treated with something a longtime ago but the smell is just awful still. Very chemically smelling. We asked to change cabins and were switched to cabin 12. All was just fine with cabin 12.

The ranch was amazing. There's a small store, gas and food. The restaurant was amazing. We had dinner there every night we stayed. Try the pot stickers (omg so good).

The drive up wasn't what I expected but after a few trips I was felt more and more comfortable. I'm just a huge baby.

The "big house" cabin is fantastic. Bathroom recently remodeled. Great views. The owner Mike was on-site and took a personal approach to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Laid back check-in process. Convenient to have the restaurant and bar open until 9pm in the main lodge.

Would be nice to have a screen door on the upstairs balcony of the big house cabin so I could have slept with the pleasant outside temps.

This is a very quiet setting if you want to get away from the noise of the city you have found the place. The cabins are very cute the beds are comfortable. very clean and well kept. The on-site restaurant was very good and surprisingly busy on a Saturday night

We stayed here because the wife wanted a cabin for two night as we explored Yellowstone National park. what we didn’t realize was that it was an hour and 45 minutes to the south entrance of Yellowstone. however you do get a great view of Shoshone National park and Grand Tetons National park. if you want to explore Dubois and that area this would be a great choice

Amazing property! Having a restaurant, bar, store and gas station on site was such a nice convenience! The cabin was fantastic! Cozy and had the basics. The staff was kind and very helpful.

Cabin was very comfortable, restaurant had an excellant ribeye dinner and the staff was great. Location was beautiful.

Price per night was a little expensive, but if you want a cabin in the middle of nowhere with running water, tv and a good restaurant and bar just across the way... this is your place.

I had bacon eggs hash browns and toast every morning. Beautiful view of snow capped mountains. Side by side rental that I was shocked at how good the suspension was. My bad back was never an issue driving it.
