Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast for which you received a voucher for $8 off per person. This did mean you had to pay a contribution depending on what you chose to eat.

They were short staffed and we had to wait around for our room to be ready. There was nothing to do in Laramie. Just use this for passing through.

Staff was nice and helpful. Clean. Pool area was nice and exercise room was small but definitely had what it needed and was exceptionally clean. Beds were comfortable and hot breakfast was better than I have had at a lot of hotels. Location was easy to get to.

The owners were at check-in and were very accommodating after I had made a mistake in my room selection when I booked. I needed an accessible room with roll in shower, and they sorted everything out for me.

I liked everything about the hotel.

no elevator.. we didn’t need one but definitely something to be advertised better, however the staff was quick to offer to help with our bags both up and down from our room.

Breakfast was good. Hotel was exceptionally clean. I honestly had doubts when I saw that it was an older hotel. But the mattress was recent, and everything was surprising clean and welcoming. The entire staff was pleasant and helpful.

The breakfast was very well prepared and the breakfast area was clean and inviting. The room was also above our expectations for cleanliness and comfort. We will definitely stay here again!

We were given a handicap accessible room with a stand up shower and bench but no bathtub. I prefer having a bathtub but it was too late when we arrived to ask for a different room.

This was our first stop on a big family vacation. Our hotel was quiet and in a good location, the breakfast was amazing. The staff was friendly and we would definitely go again!

Continental breakfast and laundry access were great additions to our stay. The continental breakfast was above average. The room was clean, comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Luckily we brought our own pillows because the tiny square pillows would not have cut it for us.

Not sure how they do it for the price, but our experience matched all of the positive reviews I read beforehand. Spotless, quiet, incredibly comfortable beds, awesome amenities (pool, jacuzzi, laundry), huge free breakfast with so many great options including vegan… The front desk staff even said they really respected the hotel owners and were happy to work for them. Hotel business done right! Thank you for providing such a pleasant and relaxing place for us to recharge on our very long, exhausting trip! :)
