Very nice atmosphere. Really good breakfast , Good facilities all the way around.

I think the rooms need to be cleaned daily, and we had to call front desk to see where to take our garbage and ask for some towels. They did take care of it but still didn’t get anymore wash cloths . So I do believe rooms should be cleaned daily, don’t know why motel chains got away from that ? I think I’ve only found 1 hotel in my time that has very comfortable bed and pillows lol, this was not the one . But still decent .

Our stay was great. I’d absolutely recommend. We choose to stay for a hockey tournament and it’s such a great location from the rink. The free breakfast is far more than I’d ever want. It was perfect. Their indoor boil and hot tub are a plus for the littles too. If you’re coming to Pinedale because of hockey, I’d absolutely suggest this place.

We had a couple issues before we arrived. On the day that we were to arrive they called and said the credit card I had given them two months earlier has now expired so we took care of that situation and then they said that they had no handicap assessable rooms available which we had requested in March. We said that would be fine as long as the room was either close to an elevator or close to a door. When we arrived we checked in and I said wait a minute we need to check out your room first they said it was OK gave us our key went to our room and the manager was in checking the room to make sure it had been cleaned it had not been cleaned so he’s very courteous moved us across the hall to a bigger room with a walk-in shower close to the door they took care of the situation without any hesitation.

The staff was so friendly. It is kind of sad that this caught me offguard as we are getting used to the service industry not giving the level of service we had pre-covid. I felt like the front desk was eagerly waiting my arrival and I felt very welcome. The team members working the breakfast area were also amazing. We were there for a funeral and had several family members staying there as well and I saw them interact with everyone and they seemed glad to help us. It was much appreciated. The room was extremely clean. The public areas were also very clean. (Another thing I have given up on since covid) you can tell this team takes pride in their hotel and even though I have no reason to go back, I would just for this experience!

Beds are too hard.

Didn’t have the breakfast but the bed in the room was very comfortable. The hotel was quiet and the heating/cooling unit in the room was very quiet. Staff was very friendly and personable. Would definitely stay there again.

We need a freezer for those of us who travel with a cooler! And we need plenty of towel racks in the bathroom.

Staff was very friendly and the hotel room was very clean. Location was excellent right in town close to restaurant and beautiful views of the mountains.

I wish the fridge in the room had a freezer compartment to freeze ice packs.

Handicap room was the opposite end of the hotel from the elevators. Super long walk for an older person

Nice location and clean and newer hotel. The restaurant they recommended The Bear Den in Daniel about 10 minutes away was excellent!
