The address given to us on May quest was not the same as the address is.....But the phone number was right so we got there. The room had some issues but we made the staff aware and they immediately got things up to the service I get at your facilities. I was very happy with the turn around. Great staff and I appreciate their attitude to make things right. So this is a mix of good and bad ....but what i want to point our ....every effort was make to straighten things out and I so much appreciated the attitude of how things were corrected. Breakfast was great!!!!

Everything was corrected that I did not like.....The trash left by the coffee maker was cleaned up, the towels were resupplied, and I was shown how to use the TV. The phone did not work but this was also taken care of......it a very nice way. I so thing it was just an oversight and the staff was quick to get things put to right....so In my mind this was not a problem...as it was handled so very well. I so appreciate folks doing their jobs. At this facility, I think this was just more so of an oversight then the way things are done. Many thanks for turning all this around.....

Breakfast consisted of Instant oatmeal and coffee. The smallest “breakfast“ I’ve ever had at any hotel. We did enjoy sitting in the lobby to do our morning reading, and it was a very pleasant lobby.

The entrance was dirty and roundabout to get there.

Comfy beds. Good price. Clean. Friendly and polite staff. Lots of storage place in room. Breakfast was average by US standards (but poor selection by EUR standards).

We had a double room, but towels only for one. No blankets. Could hear next door neighbour snoring through walls.

It was a good value. Shower had great water pressure. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

Though not a problem for me, there was no elevator, so if that matters, you will want to stay on the first floor.

For the money this was a great hotel for me. Very clean but somewhat dated room and the best feature for me was the firm supportive bed. Hard to find a hotel with firm beds, most are way to soft for me.

Would be nice to a least have hard broiled eggs for breakfast. Nothing but carbs.

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. Easy access to the freeway. Breakfast was good!

The bed was not so comfortable, but I just lined up the pillows, top to bottom, slept on those, and then I slept well!

I like breakfast, but really, it's the location. Also plenty of parking for Vehicle and trailer.

Breakfast needed restock badly, had to ask for waffle batter, forks, milk. Then a guy restocked everything.

Good waffles, coffee and juice. Was just a quick stop over on our way to Jackson Hole. Fine for 1 night.

Shower wasn't the best. Felt like I was going to fall through the floor.

Decent breakfast. No hot eggs, but filling to begin the morning. Beds very comfortable. Hotel clean, just a little older

The hotel is in a good location off the main road. Quiet and clean. I have stayed here many times when passing through and will again!
