When we first walked in we were not sure the quality of the hotel met our expectations. Turned out they had a large group that had rented their public areas for a party! After that ended the hotel was nice. The breakfast was EXCELLENT! The older lady working there was a joy-offered everyone a bottle of water to take with them, kept all the foods full, warm and for a hotel, COOKED WELL! and came around and checked on customers-exceptional service! We left glad to have stayed there-even the pool area was above average.

For the very fair price, this was the best one night stay over hotel we stayed at on a 3 week trip!

Staff were friendly, check in was really quick and easy, beds were comfortable after a long drive, we booked this room last minute on the road and got a great deal after Christmas. There is a grassy area with clean up bags provided for travelling pets.

There was a dog barking a few rooms down from ours, the grassy areas have a lot of poop not picked up. Trucks with trailers took up many of the available parking spaces so we had to park off the property and walk over.

Clean, comfortable bed, cookies and decent coffee in the lobby, nice staff

The walls are paper thin. You could hear the actual conversations of people in the adjoining rooms as well as the constant trains and traffic outside. The shower didn’t get very hot. The breakfast is a typical large chain motel breakfast with plentiful pre-fab fake food loaded with sugar, salt and chemicals.

Good breakfast although the stronger coffee hadn’t been prepared. The room was clean and comfortable.

It was near the rail yard. Thankfully we didn’t hear any trains after about 9pm. The floor of the shower creaked so badly, I think it woke up the neighbors. We heard their shower creaking shortly after we finished our showers.

The breakfast spread was amazing! The lady that prepares it all is super sweet and made sure I had hot coffee. The bed was comfortable. The front desk staff was very welcoming and even brought out the luggage cart. The hotel is very clean and tidy.

The shower water could be hotter and the AC/Heat unit in the wall is quite noisy. (at least in my room).

The staff were extremely friendly! Our room was a great size, and very clean. We enjoyed the jetted tub especially. The breakfast had a nice little selection as well. The property was also really great to work with us to reschedule due to my family catching COVID when we had originally booked. Overall, a great stay!

My husband didn’t like the pillows as he found them uncomfortable. Ideally, we would have also liked to have been able to change the input on the tv to watch dvd’s or use our own streaming devices as well.

The staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable. The room had extra dark curtains which was nice. The breakfast was fantastic

There was surprising amount of noise from the rooms above and next door.

The desk workers Jordan & Andy were very exceptional helpful, very friendly to my wife & I also to my Alaskan malamute name Delilah who also enjoyed there company by her woo woo wolf calls lol, on our way back from Indianapolis we are planning to stop there again.

Need more carts there were only 4, several people waiting and looking for them, for a hotel that size should have at least 8, western in Nevada had 8 so no one felt they needed to put them in there room to make sure they have one in the morning, other than that a great place 🤗

Clean, quiet, comfortable room. Decent breakfast. They gave free water to us both at check in, and at breakfast - something I had just paid for the night before at a hotel. Staff was super friendly and helpful, especially the kind lady at the breakfast buffet.
