The staff was friendly and helpful. The room, lobby and grounds were very clean and updated. Our room was a decent size. The lighting inside the room and on the hotel grounds is well lit.They had two BBQ grills and grilling utensils, a fire pit, chairs, benches, picnic tables, a grassy area with cornhole games for your enjoyment facing the river. In the lobby they have towels for your use when you go to the hot springs.

The only negative we could come up with is we wish they offered a continental breakfast.

The Riviera is in an excellent location, right on the banks of the North Platte River with big trees and a lovely outdoor seating area and gas firepit. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are small but adequate. The walls are a bit thin, but the place quiets down pretty quickly at night. All in all, a really lovely place to stay.

The rooms are small and a bit crowded and there's no breakfast. But still, it's worth it for the location and the river and the great staff.

We had the 2 bedroom. It was spacious with a KZ bed, one double bed and an individual bed with another individual pull-out. Also a large living room, kitchen with dining area. Staff is very friendly. Hot water with a lot of pressure. Great outside are with a fire pit and a view at the river. Perfect for an evening get-together.

The room is rather old with some broken furnitures and it needs some pluming work. The bathroom was not really clean. I found it rather over-priced for the quality of hotel and room offered.

The view from our windows was beautiful, the beds were exceptionally comfortably, it was quiet and right across the street from a really great Italian restaurant. It is also in easy walking distance to downtown. This was my first time to Saratoga, so wasn't sure what to expect. This motor lodge was comfortable, convenient and fairly easy on the wallet. I look forward to coming back in warmer weather and making use of their gear garage and exploring even farther.

There were no towels available in the lobby for our morning hot springs adventure; no one even in the office.

The location on the river and its patio were wonderful. The room was clean and well appointed - even had cotton sheets, which I always appreciate. The motel also provided bikes, but our travel schedule didn't allow me to toot around. Next time!

The room was small for two and a dog and the office was locked until 8a, so getting a good cup of coffee and ice for our travels meant walking the streets looking for a place to buy them.

SO clean. I don't typically stay at motels, I have a motel phobia and I only stay at nicer hotels. I was very nervous about it but we decided to go to Saratoga at the very last minute. I was pleasantly surprised when we checked in. The desk attendant was pleasant and helpful. Our room was immaculate which is the most important thing to me. It was nothing fancy but it was charming and did I mention clean. The hotel is right on the river and they have a nice yard with a fire pit, outside games, bbq grills etc. They also have bikes and snow shoes for you to use. I will definitely be coming back.

Such a pretty location and could see the z Grand Tetons in the from of our wagon. I paid for the linens and it included the sheets and towels. They also provided blankets and I didn't expect it to have a gas heater. Maybe I missed that on the description but it was fabulous to keep us warm.

One of the women's sinks wasn't working and a shower was not working either but it wasn't full and we had what we needed.

For all appearances, it was clean. We liked that it was close to parking. The firepit is great.

(1 of 2) There has to be a better place for smokers. Without exception, every time we came through the "back" door, someone was standing their smoking. Couldn't avoid it, and I really don't like to breathe or smell like smoke. (2 of 2) We came in late in the evening to discover we had to conserve how much toilet paper we used because the roll was almost empty! We've never stayed where there isn't an extra roll provided for this exact situation. And, for two people, one more hand towel would have been great.

Everything about our visit was top notch, very clean, accommodating, best customer service. The grounds were beautiful, so peaceful and serene to sit and listen to the river go by, loved it. By mistake I left my jacket and they were so kind to send it to me in the mail. We travel a lot, I never leave reviews, but this time it was a must!! Thanks again, we will definitely visit again.❤️

Everything perfect

It is an older place but very clean with new flooring and comfortable beds and pillows. I loved the outdoor area by the river. It was so enjoyable and relaxing and the complimentary bike use made it even better. The staff were so very nice, all of them.

I know this is a lot of money to change but the tub/shower enclosure needs to be updated. It is just too old.
