Good location and close to family I visited. Fresh baked cookies at check-in counter. Friendly and helpful lady desk clerk. Convenient outside door to room made it easier to unload & load baggage.
Rooms could use some updates, repairs and new carpet.

It was good and well rounded.
The bathtubs are old and breaking and some of the wall paper was starting to peel up. They said they were going to start working on that kind of stuff. They had just redone the hot tub. I thought it was just fine.

The room was very clean and the facility was extremely convenient to my destination on the trip in the Sheridan area. It was quiet too…a real plus.
The fellow who checked me in did not key my cars for 2 nights which was what my reservation was for.

Breakfast was ok but on the cool side and not a large variety the staff were great and friendly
hotter breakfast update flooring - i feel this room was a smoking room - the odor is still apparent - maybe changing out the fraying carpet would help

Overall, we are very happy with what we got for the price we paid. The breakfast was unexpectedly good with eggs, sausages, waffles,...etc. The staff was very friendly. The room we originally got smelled like smoke a little bit, it was a non-smoking room. The front desk staff kindly switched us to another room; it was much better.
The air conditioning was loud and the control knob was not working. We struggled to adjust the fan and to turn it off.

The doors leading directly to our vehicle from the room made things very convenient. The front lobby area was very well decorated. The breakfast room had a very nice variety to pick from.

I had never been to Sheridan and had no idea what to expect. This motel was nicely located, especially coming in fro the east as we did. The staff was eager to help and gave us great references for restaurants. Sapporo and Killy’s were both a delight and good food.
Breakfast could have been better but I would not say it was bad. I think a lot of breakfast at these hotels/motels are figuring out how to do it as good as possible given the cOVID Pandemic.
