My favorite part of our stay here was the breakfast and coffee. The room was comfortable, the location was great for just passing through town. The staff was kind, too.

The hotel was pretty full so we had to park away from our room which resulted in a long walk with all our luggage from the lot, through a side door, to an elevator, to a few long hallways. I also tried to pre-check-in using the app link that was emailed to me and it didn't work so the check-in process was long.

Room was great. Bed was comfortable. Check in was easy. Person greeting us at check in was nice. Breakfast was above average and tasted well.

We arrived around 8:00pm. I went to their bar around 8:45 inquiring about some food and was told no. I'm assuming they had closed the grill already? This was at the Oasis Bar. They lady at the bar looked at two guys asking them if they could fix me a burger. She asked them twice and both times they said no.

The bed was super comfortable. Overall a great nights sleep.

The pool and hot tub did not have water.

Here's an enhanced version of your review: Our stay was outstanding. The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, offering a delicious and varied selection. My kids absolutely loved the swimming pool, which was well-maintained and fun. The staff were exceptionally polite and professional, always ready to assist. We will definitely stay again for another memorable experience.

It was convenient to freeway.

I felt there was a lot of wasted main floor space. It struck me as odd . Front desk had a shelf out front but it wasn’t where the computer desk was set it just struck me as odd. The desk clerk had to go into the back to rretrieve my keys . Odd . The breakfast was ok but it was all dimly lit. Seemed like it was too much low light for a start to the day.

Breakfast was surprising and very good!

3 different vending machines were out of water, and there was no indication of what was unavailable without trying to purchase something. They had one small bottle at the front desk, but we really wanted two larger bottles. The hotel looked like it was once very nice but is showing its age. Not a deal-breaker by any means.

Beautiful lobby, delicious breakfast, cozy room, good tv selection, great customer service (upgraded us for free because we have a baby), nice complimentary snacks at the front and close to Arby’s, Chinese Food and other affordable options.

I wish the sheets were washed in something more natural and less irritating to my skin but that’s normal.

It was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in for the amount of money I spent. My wife and I took a little road trip and this was our favorite place to stay out of all that we stayed in. Would've have easily loved to spend another night if time permitted! Also enjoyed the pool/spa for relaxing after driving all day.

Absolutely NOTHING!

Price, roomsize, firm king mattress. Lots of bathroom counter space, free breakfast was very good & staff provided coffee carafes at each table. Friendly staff.

Thermostat in Room 532 was stuck on 74 degrees. Had to sleep without covers. No dining rooms open (Wednesday). Food only available in large, noisy bar for dining in or take out. So loud with a large group of 50-60-ish men that we couldn't have a conversation. Left hotel to have dinner.

Beds comfortable. Quiet. The room smelled wonderful. The gentleman that checked us in worked very hard and was all the while training someone. He was attentive and able to juggle many tasks with ease. He was checking in bus loads of people! He was pleasant, courteous and is an asset to your team.

The breakfast at 9 am was dried up oatmeal - empty. Nothing was warm. The I think French toast sticks were dried up maybe 5 in the serving tray. There was supposedly an hour to go- just remove the deceased if you aren’t going to replenish. Cold sausage ick the breakfast honestly was terrible. The fruit was ok. No adult yogurt all trix flavored. The gal working was un-engaged. Overall the breakfast was a detractor to the otherwise pleasant stay.
