The room was very nice. Comfortable beds..great hot water. Breakfast was warm and nice selection. The gentleman working the breakfast area did an excellent job of keeping things restocked while juggling checking out guest. Big shout out to him.
The lady who checked me out, I felt was unprofessional.

The location was excellent and easy to get to. We arrived very late at night and the staff seemed to know exactly who we were when we walked in. Very pleasant and welcoming. Accommodations were clean and comfortable and the continental breakfast exceeded out expectations. I will definitely stay at the Cobblestone Hotel next time I come to Torrington to visit my brother and nephew!

The staff, especially Jon and Edgar.
Breakfast was poor, the coffee was terrible, and, (not the hotel's fault, perhaps), a group of 6 guests took up a lot of room, made too much noise, and stayed well over 11/2 hours, showing no concern for other guests. Too bad they weren't asked to leave.

It was a gem in the middle of nowhere town. We were traveling from Mount Rushmore to Denver. Staff was friendly, the room was spacious and very clean. Bed was comfortable. Their laundry facility was extremely clean and convenient.

The staff was exceptional!!! The overnight desk clerk absolutely cares for the people around her, and the woman who checked us in was extremely helpful and patient with a difficult check in situation! Both women deserve a raise!!! Room was clean and larger than expected! Highly recommended!!

Our room was immaculately clean. Pillows and bed are comfortable. Hotel overall is nice and well maintained. Amazing staff. Breakfast. Indoor pool. Parking. Very safe. We did a last minute booking and we arrived midnight, the receptionist happily welcomed us.

Could have used more toiletries in the bathroom (only 1 soap in there). Breakfast options were also a bit limited, but adequate.
