Quite a good hotel in an area surrounded by several other hotels. The tariff is very reasonable, the WiFi and aircon are strong, the hot water responsive. The area in which this hotel is located is favourable. There is a bunch of restaurants serving Asian & western foods, a liquor store, and convenience stores. A easy pleasant walk along tree lined avenues takes you to a Natiobal Tashkent museum, which is worth the ticket. Also in the vicinity is a central park serving hotdogs, coffee, shopping centre selling watches, jewellery, ornaments and a bunch of other items. Walk another 19 minutes you will find a university and Timur's memorial statue.

I enjoyed my stay at the Art Hotel. It was my first stay in UZ. The staff were perfect. Their English level also exceeds my expectations since most of the places I visit generally speak Russian and poor English, but the staff at Art Hotel have excellent English, I'd say. The room size was okay for me. The facilities were what I needed for my stay. The cleanness as well. I'd say, I got the value I paid for, and it met my expectation. I'd recommend Art Hotel to those who are looking for a hotel in Tashkent with a limited budget, you'll for sure get the service with value for the money you paid. Also, they took care of my tourist registration, the printed out the document for me once I checked out.

My room was right Infront of the kitchen/ restaurant, and I can hear people talking from the kitchen/restaurant. It wasn't so loud. It was just okay. People get excited maybe while eating and start talking without noticing how loud they could sound. I kind of did not enjoy this much, but by the time, I accepted it. It was okay. Other than that, I am satisfied overall.

Hotel & staff was good but the location was bot to my liking as no hustle & bustle was there in the surrounding s.

My booking amount was $25 for 2 days but i have paid $44. It was showing as room with shared bathroom & i was given room with bathroom , therefore it was higher rate i guess but nobody mentioned it. Good

We loved the kindness of the hosts and the quiet backyard very much. The breakfast was delicious and many varied. The beds are rather hard but for us perfect. The shower was warm and worked well. It’s great for the price but we also didn’t expect too much. We kindly were able to leave my big backpack during our trip to Samarkand and Bukhara. Thanks for that, highly appreciated.

Staff very good especially receptionist guy Malek...he was super helpful and welcoming..he helped me and my family a lot..we felt like we were home...room was so big more than we expected.

Location of the hotel is not that good..it is near to the magic city park which is good but far from other attractive places in the city...food was not as I expected also..very limited options to eat.

Comfortable and clean hotel in Tashkent. Breakfast was good and had many options. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly and were able to organise a transfer to meet us at the airport when we arrived

Though in a nice area of the city, it’s a little far away from some of the tourist sites and is 20 minutes walk from the metro station. Absolutely fine though if you’re happy to walk a bit further

Rooms are basic but clean, sheets and towels were clean, wifi was good. Breakfast was good with eggs, fruit, nuts and bread and Uzbek food, coffee and tea. Location was good, 1 km walk to metro station where there are some nice restaurants. Shower had good power and hot water.

The walls are very thin between room. Our shower didn't drain very well, the drain likely needs to be cleaned. Beds are very hard as is common in Uzbekistan.

A friendly, helpful and efficient team of young receptionists. A good included breakfast (but the waitress should learn to notice your presence and to say "good morning", terrible ...). Quiet area.

My television did not work when i took the room, 3 days later, it was still not repaired

The hotel is within walking distance from Kosmonavtlar metro but in a quiet area. It made it easy to rest after exploring Tashkent. Remarkably, we got big and comfy rooms and breakfast for a fair price. Staff was helpful and fluent in English.

The rooms may look better after renovation.

The staff was great. they were very helpful and were there to give us advice on how to get to different places. the location is also nice, it is close to the main road, so it’s east to get a taxi. the bed are very comfortable

the shower cabin’s door was completely missing , and the water would go out if you are taking a shower. the rooms were also not cleaned every days
