This is one of the best offers in Tashkent, taking into account the combination of price and quality. Quiet atmosphere, everything you need in the room is available. Very good location.

Trainers in the fitness center don't work or work improperly. Problems with internet connection from time to time.

The room was very spacious and light. The airport pick-up service was friendly and efficient. Wifi in the room was reliable. Very friendly service in the bar. The hotel is in an excellent location with good restaurants nearby.

The hot water cut out for a couple of hours, but that happened only once. The bathroom was a bit dated, but big and functional. The breakfast selection was fairly limited.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 weeks (it shows one day because the other days were booked by the institution, I also was away for 2-3 days). Convenient location with quiet environment, professional and sincere staff make you feel at home. Very good service for business customers to meet their business partners at the hotel. Flexibility in service is also a bonus. Thoughtful chef offers good food service too. The staffs who do housekeeping are friendly and nice.

Some staffs are not professional, e.g. a staff tried twice to offer me some rooms different from what I booked when they do have an empty room that fits my booking, that wasted me an hour to settle down when I was super tired in the night. Some facilities should be adjusted (the place of the bathroom sprinkler, the functioning of the safe), and some equipment should be cleaned more often (air conditioner filter, curtain, etc.)

Perfect location, very friendly helpful staff and the manager. I've stayed with my two young children and their first trip to Uzbekistan has started with the nice impression by staying in Gloria hotel, being welcomed and any of our requests or questions were sorted or resolved with a great attention. I'd highly recommend Gloria hotel to any travellers, it's a nice, quiet and clean hotel in a very central spot of Tashkent which can suit as business travellers as well as families and couples. Lots of cafes and restaurants around. The staff always helps with booking a taxi and deals with any sort of questions in a polite and professional manner. Overall, its being a great experience with Gloria. We would love to come back:)

Excellent location. Quiet room, despite the fact that the hotel is in the central part of the city. Unfortunately, I did not use the SPA, but I think that this is a very pleasant bonus to staying at the hotel.

Breakfast leaves much to be desired. Maybe because there are many excellent cafes near the hotel. where you can get a great breakfast.

The hotel is located around the corner to the metro station. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Many nice restaurants nearby. We spent two nights in Tashkent and managed to cover the historical sites. We finished of our evening with a taxi ride to the magic city park. This is beautiful and worth a visit. Msny shops snd restaurants to eat at.. Every hour they do a fountain show which is really beautiful to watch.

Nice, cozy hotel, with polite staff. Spacious and clean room. The bathroom was also clean and equipped with all necessary toiletries (even toiletries not usually provided, such as luffa sponges and combs). Breakfast was also very good. Convenient neighbourhood with many restaurants nearby.

It was a bit old and the whole fitness centre would need a good renovation.

The room was nice, facilities are cool, staff are helpful and very responsive. Overall we love our stay there. Location is good too: many restaurants, a good coffeeshop, a bank across the road, metro station is not far away

Many little things: called for sauna twice, both times it was cold when we came - the message lost in transition, someone forgot. Didn't get cleaning until we called for it, after cleaning we got a really small blanket and no toilet paper. Toilet had an issue - water sometimes didn't stop flowing. Wifi was unstable - good enough for YouTube but not for videochats. Should say that most issues were resolved fast after calling reception though.

Convenient location for the trip in Tashkent, easy access from the airport/railways by taxi. Big wide and clean room. Variety of breakfast.

Maybe a bit pricey for that accommodations. Not sure if I could use the gym, pool, sauna as it was all dark and no descriptions. The facility looked a bit old.

The receptionist warmly welcome us, and they really provide the best service which satisfied me a lot! The hotel location is convenient, only take 10min to reach the airport, also easy to get on any place! Definitely recommend this hotel！
