We only stayed one night in crazy house because we had read reviews that there was no privacy and the rooms weren’t very nice but we definitely loved our stay and would love to have stayed longer. It is true that if you stay in one of the themed rooms hundreds of tourists will try to look in the windows and open the door during operating hours and so if you want to stay in one of those, you do need to plan on being away from your room during the day. But they also have large comfortable rooms in a separate area that is completely private but part of the property. It was a lot of fun actually going through a little tunnel and coming out to another area that is for authorized personnel only and having a large comfortable room with a great bathroom and hot water which is where we stayed. And being able to view the place on private porches while the tourists are climbing all around the property during the day was great. And then when they close the doors It is your own private Funhouse. When we were there, there were only three other people staying on the property so all evening we had the whole place to ourselves to explore and take pictures and videos, and sit and have a beer and again first thing in the morning, running around and enjoying the place was fantastic. We’re so glad we stayed and we would’ve been very happy to stay several nights. Also, the staff was great. Super friendly and helpful and even helped us arrange our bus tickets when we left Our room was clean and comfortable and I would extremely highly recommend staying here. It is a once in a lifetime experience. Such a cool and creative space.

Everything was great

This property is unique. And I mean truly unique. It is a privilege to be able to stay there. Such a random night that we will never forget. Beds were funky and comfy. We enjoyed a games night in our room with the fire burning and then had a good nights sleep. Staff were really helpful and the night was peaceful. Highly recommend for a night.

You just need to be aware that it is a tourist attraction and your room is within it. The crazy house opens at 8.30am and the tourist are waiting to come in. It didn’t bother me at all as I showered before hand. I enjoyed sitting on my balcony and watching people negotiate the narrow high steps. Great fun and very chilled but people are looking at you with intrigue.

Being able to explore crazy house outside of the normal opening hours was amazing because you get it to yourself. The staff was very helpful and even managed to get us a taxi to the airport that was considerably cheaper than what we found on Grab (although we had to wait for a while, so if you're in a hurry, keep that on mind).

The room was very damp, but that's to be expected when you are in Vietnam and there is no AC/heating. This would probably have been helped by lighting a fire, as we were told could be done, but we chose not to. We stayed in the termite room, which has everything we needed and was great, but be advised that it feels quite small due in part to furniture (it is as advertised).

Crazy House live up to its name, really crazy. The exterior and interior of the building is astonishing. You couldn't help but wonder. I spent a whole day just to wander around, checking and enjoying every nooks and crannies of the place. It's an adventure on its own.

Since the hotel is one of the main attraction in Da Lat, so you will see a lot of tourist come and go daily. It could be really crowded in the morning. Fortunately, I stayed on the back of the main complex, so it still pretty quiet.

Phuc met us on arrival and was very efficient with check-in. My partner was ill and we needed to book an additional night. Phuc not only made that process easy, he gave me walking directions for the best Banh Mi in the area and helped me order the best Pho on the Grab delivery app. The Pho came in bags not bowls, but the staff quickly got bowls for us. Our large room was in the Crazy "Home" not Crazy House, so it was more private and very large and comfortable. The best part about staying at the property is the free roam you have after public hours. Fantastic to essentially have the place to ourselves!

There is nothing negative about the stay. We found everything to be nice.

the surroundings as they provided us with instagrammable spot to take pictures. The staffs are very friendly. They helped us to contact a few times bus provider to pick up us from the hotel to the bus station. We are very grateful. Will recommend other friends to come and stay here. The room is unique.

If you stay in this hotel during the day, there are many people around, and you'll need to lock your room, as visitors often try to open it to look inside. It's not suitable for those who truly want to relax.

This place is really cool to experience. The work that has gone into building this is amazing. Sitting in the garden after the tourists have left for the day was very relaxing. Picture camping in a concrete tree house, no tv, no fridge, with little tea cups. Great for 1 night.

The bed was so uncomfortable. The rooms are not very practical for use so I wouldn't stay for many days. From 8.30am, you have tourists exploring the grounds that try and get into your room all day.

As you are living in a sightseeing spot, of course it is really a special place to stay, especially when it us closed for visitors and you can sneak around by yourself. We lived in a clean simple but comfortable room, that was part of a guest house and not in the fancy type of rooms, you see on the Website. That was actually good, as from morning to evening many tourists visit the place and pass by your room if you stay in the Crazy House itself. For the rest, you are on your own, staff is more busy with the visitors, than with the hotel as such, which is no problem. Staff is very friendly and helps wirh transport arrangements. There is no breakfast, but there is arrive place just around the corner called Maybe Blue Coffee.

Very cool experience. Booked for two nights to be able to experience the property without the crowds and that was super smart because it does get busy here. It’s really awesome and I highly recommend.

People do try to come into your room because they think the room is part of the attraction despite the fact the property has posted a sign on the door in several different languages saying do not disturb. It’s actually pretty humorous how many people continue to yank on the door when it won’t open with the sign starring them in the face. Property could rope off the stairs going to all the rooms so this wouldn’t be an issue. Didn’t really bother us too much because we are very active and didn’t come to the property for lazy days but I could see how it may bother some.

It was such a unique experience to stay at an accommodation like this! You could definitely see the thought and effort behind the designs. Very cool to be able to walk around the property before the tourists arrive in the morning. We stayed in the Honeymoon Room and were pleasantly surprised with how clean it was. There is no AC but it was overall cooler in Da Lat so we didn't mind. The staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had!

This is no fault on Crazy House but do keep in mind that there are a lot of tourists that visit the property and we had multiple people try to enter our room (luckily it was locked). I do wish there were curtains on more of the windows as people could still peer in. I'm not sure if it is always like this but they turned off the cool night lights once the tourists left and the gate was closed. I thought they left them on so guests could walk around after hours and explore without tourists. Overall, I just wish they had some extra perks for guests who are staying on the property. You are treated the same as all of the other tourists. I think it would really add to the experience (especially for the price) if guests felt a little more special!
