Good hotel close to the middle of town. Breakfast offered a good variety. For the price we paid it was exactly what we expected.

room and location excellent

the breakfast wasn't brilliant - whilst there was lots of choice, the bread was awful and the milk was hot which wasn't very nice on cereal. There was limited dinning space in the breakfast room as was full and had to wait for a table.

Stayed for 5 nights. The bed was comfy, toilet was cleaned (except for some baby cockroaches running around the sink). The staff replenishes the bottled waters and soap/shampoo daily. Breakfast was great with the local delights of pho and banh mi always on the menu. Best way to enjoy your breakfast is to have it at the outdoor balcony to enjoy the crisp cool air and lovely music.

1. Bathtub was a little too high to enter and exit. Rather dangerous for elderly who may have difficulty. 2. Walls are so thin that one can hear the water running through the pipes from the next rooms and the guests talking along the corridor at night and in the morning. 3. Return flight was at 4pm and requested for a late check-out until 1pm. They insisted that late checkouts would incur charges. Was rather disappointed that thye could not make the exception given that we had stayed for 5 nights. Finally we came to a compromise to check out at 1230pm. 4. The TV in the twin room had access to various channels while the double room only had access to 3 channels.

very clean, friendly staff and in a great location. short walk to the markets and lots of food options.

we were in a room with a window that looked at a wall. we weren’t aware of this prior to booking. but everything else was great.

Property located in perfect place close to lake, market and cafés… They offer scooters rent also have BBQ restaurant.

BBQ restaurant says it works till 10pm but when we came in at 10 to 8 they started rushing us because they started tidy up 10 past 9pm it was not nice feeling…

Location. Breakfast. They organised taxis for us on several occasions and charges were exactly as quoted.

Reception staff were always on their private phone.
