I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mercure Dalat, and I cannot praise this hotel enough! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The atmosphere of the hotel is both inviting and luxurious, making it a perfect escape. The rooms are beautifully designed, with comfortable beds and all the amenities you could wish for. The hotel's location is ideal, offering easy access to the city's attractions while providing a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. A special mention must go to Hiep at the front desk. His exceptional service truly stood out. He was not only incredibly helpful and efficient but also genuinely kind and considerate. Hiep went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. His recommendations and assistance made my visit seamless. Overall, Mercure Dalat exceeded all my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Dalat. Kudos to the entire team, especially Hiep, for making my experience unforgettable!

Spacious, luxurious room and comfortable beds. Love that it is exceptionally clean too! The kids love their stay here. I enjoy the garden view while walking to the rooms. We manage to chat with Chef Andy while waiting for our food order. Staffs here are friendly and nice.

There was slight miscommunication with front desk when I requested late check out. As I booked for 3 rooms, it was quite inconvenient to keep calling the front desk to explain I have requested earlier. Luckily the manager was there to resolve the issue. And he is well verse in English.

New resort, well landscaped, comfortable room, great kids' play park, good breakfast, Christmas events, friendly and helpful staff, tasty welcome drink!

No cots/cribs. We purposefully picked a known hotel brand as we were travelling with our baby daughter, but they hadn't received their international cot delivery yet. (They did kindly give an upgrade to a family room however that didn't really solve this.) There was music playing fairly loudly in the grounds non-stop. It was on when we woke up and went to bed. We didn't find this fitted in with the relaxing atmosphere of the hill town Dalat. Other small details that I'd expect to be better thought-out in a hotel of your calibre - no shelves in wardrobe or drawers to put clothes on/unpack, only a few hangers provided.

Everyone thought the property was beautiful, clean, and well decorated. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was generous. My husband and I ate the Vietnamese food, which we thought was good (except for the fried rice, which was too hard). Our relatives who traveled with us and ate western food thought that it was ok, but could have been better. They liked the yogurt, but thought the donuts were too dry. On the whole though, everyone enjoyed the stay and liked their rooms, the Moon Bar, and the lovely gardens. We loved the French music playing around the property.

The fried rice and American pastries at breakfast could have been better, but the other food at breakfast was good. I think they need to enforce a no smoking rule in the buildings because we woke up one day to our bathroom smelling of smoke because another guest in our building was smoking inside the foyer of the building.

The villas are well spaced out and the rooms are bigger than the usual hotel rooms. Very comfortable beds and bathrooms are well equipped. Very good spread of breakfast from western to local delights. Staffs are friendly and helpful. If you want some quiet surroundings and not too far from the center of town, this is the place to go.

This hotel was among one of the best ones we stayed in during our Vietnam trip. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. The room we had was gorgeous and exceeded our expectations. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and the bathroom was amazing too. But maybe the best out of all was the breakfast. There's such a wide variety of choices here that it's hard not to overeat! Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is quite far from the city center. You will need a taxi every single time you go out.

Very Upscale…probably the best in Da Lat from what I could see. Obviously where affluent Vietnamese stay. Breakfast excellent. Ambiance great all around.

A bit far from town but taxis are waiting for you. No gym. This has nothing to do with property but I think when we went during TET. Everything was packed. Hotel. Town. Sites etc. To go across town took an hour. Da Lat is off the list of places to retire for us. A bit too touristy. Be prepared when going it is a down time if you want to enjoy.

My room is very beautiful and convenient. There are a lot of amenities which were set in my room. All of staffs are friendly and assist me too much during my stay. I will definitely come back this hotel many more times. Thank you for making my vacation wonderful

The whole ambiance and French setting was amazing. French music playing at the premises is really nice touch. Room was spacious with very comfortable bed. Breakfast was great: perfect mix of Vietnamese and European dishes.

No garbage bin in the bathroom No mosquito repellants, though there were mosquitoes in the room Soundproofing is poor, though we were lucky and we did not have noisy neighbours

I love the atmosphere in this resort. French style architecture of each villa and roses everywhere makes me feel like i'm living in a fairy tale.

The staff is not friendly enough, don't smile often with guest. Breakfast is not diversity.
