Breakfast was delicious and big. Lots of variety. Made starting the day from a place that’s a little more out of the way way more convenient! Would absolutely recommend.

The only thing we can think of that could be improved: the staff felt a little rushed as we were leaving. We were cutting it very very close to check-out time, so it was deeply understandable. However, it was truly the only exception to an otherwise excellent experience.

The location was slightly away from the center but not super far. The breakfast was mediocre but decent. We only got to enjoy it once due to early mornings The other days. They got me in touch with a driver who was able to take me around for a full day. 1.2 million for a full day.

Only issue was the hotel's owner also invests in Mongoland and then the driver was very insistent on going there for a while!

I like the people working there. They were very friendly. We had to book a limousine to Natrang for the next day. we returned to the hotel in the middle of the night and he helped us book a limousine! And the hydrangea flower was everywhere, and it was so beautiful, and nature was really nice to enjoy!

I didn't like the breakfast so much. I think because there is no air conditioning(whole Dalat city has no air condition),it didn't feel pleasure, nor the food was that great! but other than that! we loved it!!

The pool and view from pool are top notch. The breakfast has a wide variety. Room was spacious with amazing bathroom with big tub and beautiful finishes. Our favorite hotel in Vietnam of all 6 different lodging accommodations we stayed. Front desk staff were helpful to give recommendations for where to try local food.

Not walkable to town but it has an amazing view and more space to make up for that.

Very helpful staff to quickly help with anything. Great facilities in the room, like bathropes, snacks, toileteries.

Walking up the steap hill to go to the breakfast restaurant was challenging with 2 young children that wanted to be carried. It was a bit confusing that the sauna turned out to be unavailable.

Excellent staff, very helpful in arranging rides and attentive in general. Great pool, and the bath tub in the room was super nice and comfortable.

It was a little isolated, but that's the nature of the area, if you want a more private place with a nice view, it's going to be a short drive into the city.

The warm reception at the hotel, help from the manager with the difficult taxi driver. Explained all the facilities well. The room was in a quiet and secluded location with a view of the valley and very comfortable. There was a variety of dishes at breakfast and the room service was good when ordered to eat in.

The location was not close to town!

Excellent breakfast with plenty of choices. Dinner was as well, yummy and fresh with a lot of varieties. Helpful and nice staff during our stay. We felt great and certainly will recommend the place.

Jin is really an asset to the resort as he really provides very gd tips on good food and places to visit during our stay. We arrived late and as the restaurant was closed, Jin took the trouble to order dinner for us as well thru grab and had it sent to our room. We really enjoyed our stay becoz of Jin and other staff of the resort. Bfast spread was really gd as well.

We were a group of friends who are pure vegetarian, the hotel staff was very accommodating by offering vegan options for breakfast and snacks. The staff didn’t speak fluent English so we used Google translate and it was perfectly fine. Mr Gin at reception was extremely helpful by sharing vegan restaurant options around Dalat, suggestions for our itinerary, booking a bus to Ho Chi Minh,etc. The rooms were clean and cozy. We will definitely coming back 😍
