This was one of my favorite and best vacations ever. Even before arriving, the staff was good with communicating with us about tour information. Upon arrival from the DA Nang Airport, which is about 20 min away, we were greeted with some delicious chilled tea as we checked in. We arrived too early but the front desk gave us information about our stay and would let us get into a room as soon as one became available. We had lunch at the main restaurant. The food is pretty good. Soon after eating, our room was ready. The villa rooms are maybe a 5 min walk from the main hotel. Big spacious bed. The bathroom has a shower and a separate tub. TV has a handful of English channels. The breakfast buffet is great, in my opinion. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. Especially Hoa, Chi, Yen, Thao, Thi, Victor Ahn, Hao. Hoa helped us with basically everything from booking our tours, coordinating drivers and attraction tickets, to ensuring our laundry was done in time before we checked out. She even had us a special personally made memento picture frame with many of our picture memories on it. Chi was so friendly and helpful that my son kept asking to see her. 😅 The transportation to Ba Na Hills, Da Nang, Marble Mountains, Coconut Island, and Hoi An we very stress free. The drivers would bring us to places and basically just wait until we were done. The longest we would have to wait for them if they couldn't park in the area was 5 min. The water indoor and outdoor were good for kids. The outdoor lazy river is nice. There was also an arcade and indoor play place for kids. The infinity pool is cool and on the 22nd floor. The hot baths are on the 3rd floor of the indoor waterpark. You also have access to the beach area, which also has a pool. We were basically the only ones there, lol. All the staff from check in, room service, to the arcade staff were all so awesome! Great stay! It's one of our favorites ever!

Everything was pretty good. I didn't feel the need to look outside the immediate area for food or anything, but I don't think there is much right outside the resort/ hotel. There wasn't a need to go outside in the immediate area though

The hotel is beach facing with an excellent ocean view. The top floor heated pool and Jacuzzi were excellent and very relaxing. The kids loved the water park and spent one whole day in that area. A special mention of the hotel recption staff, they were very cooperative and went out of their way to assist me in getting an item that I lost at Hanoi airport shipped to Danang and to the hotel within a day. Breakfast spread is huge, although vegetarian options are limited and no Indian options, but its a Japanese resort so cannot complain. Overall we had a great time and would definitely recommend this place.

Best hotel in Da Nang by far, everything is well thought about, very clean, many activities, spacious rooms, awesome breakfast ! The hotel restaurants are excellent, great Chef ! Try the Lobster, delicious ! Swimming pools, water sliders, private beach (much cleaner and quieter than the one on the other side of the city), bar on the beach, easy transfer with golf cars, Spa. Everything in this hotel is really top ! Service and customer relations officer are always appreciated. Our kid got sick, and in no time, the hotel nurse was assisting with diagnosis and medication. One of our best stay ever, loved everything !

Hands down the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. All staff were exceptional. Hien and Yến were incredibly professional with genuine friendly and caring hospitality that is rare these days. Every thing about this hotel caters for a lot of different travelers. There is just so much to offer here! I will absolutely be staying here again next time I’m back in Danang. The pools, activities, gallery, gardens, restaurants, rooms and Service are all impeccable. Can not fault this hotel. It’s truly value for money. I highly recommend this hotel to all. It’s just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Danang and only a short trip into the city making it extremely attractive. Lots to do here and a good base for activities around the area. The view are incredible as well! Absolutely breathtaking.

This an absolute treasure sitting in plain site in Danang. We actually live in danang and needed a staycation. The resort is in the far north of Danang (30min car ride from An Thuong). We wanted to try out the water park and rather than driving out there, going to the water park and then driving back in the afternoon we decided to book a one-night stay inclusive of the water park and breakfast. The rooms are amazing, so clean, so perfect in every detail, you can tell that Japanese tradesman built this place and not vietnamese tradesman. The attention to detail is just superb. The staff are super attentive. We arrived at the hotel at 3pm, checkin, use the indoor park until 6pm, have dinner, go to the top floor for drinks and make use of what is probably one of the best views of danang at night, then full buffet breakfast (no salmon sadly, but everything else is great), then more pool, and checkout by 12pm. A perfect little staycation.

The indoor water is actually a great idea for Danang because the sun is so bloody hot, but for how big it is, it only has 4 water attractions. A large wave pool (waves 10cm high), a floating river, a kiddy pool and tube ride. It takes literally 30 minutes to use each of the attractions. The pirate ship on the other side of the resort is excellent our 5 year old loved that more than the indoor stuff. I don't really think there is enough water activities to keep you interested for an entire day.

Wow. What a resort!! Absolutely perfect for families!! My kids (8 and 11) just loved the resort so much. The lazy river was so beautiful and all the water slides were fantastic. We loved the beach resort which is a quick shuttle ride away. The rooftop pool is stunning and they have a couple of spas too! The buffet breakfast was outstanding, something for everyone and they cater for vegans and vegetarians. Shout out to nga at the blue restaurant, she helped us out with all our meals! Also phat from reception was really amazing and our host hien was so lovely!! Highly recommend this resort!

Huge, well appointed rooms. Felt very luxurious and spacious. Lots of options for pools and heaps of area for the kids to play. The rooftop infinity pool was great! Convenience of having the indoor water park was really nice.

Beach club was closed for food service so didn't get to try this out. Quality of the breakfast food was good but not great. Location was a bit further outside of main area but we knew this when we booked and managed fine with Grab. Beds were a bit soft and felt a bit damp (could've just been the humidity).

Staff attention was really great. Rooms, services, pools, beach, beach club, bath tub on the balcony, sea view, sea itself, really everything was great. The best thing was that everything was always available and not crowded except may be indoor waterpark on weekends. Great thanks to the Tam and Man from the hotel staff!y

This is the first time, that I can't think of anything that I did not like. One thing that can be improved: In the places, where you can rent a Yukata, it would be a good option to get a professional photo set.

Amazing staff, made this lovely resort outstanding. Breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. Day spa was great. Kids enjoyed the waterpark, but probably better suited to younger kids <12 yrs. Variety of pools, lazy river and water play area were all enjoyed. Great views from the rooms and rooftop infinity pool. Booked the Executive Suite - which was superb, especially with the extra inclusions of Executive Lounge.

Distance to town, if you wanted to go to shops / external restaurants etc - approx. AU$10 each way by Grab.

Whilst there were plenty of dining options in the hotel it was a little expensive to eat all meals at the hotel. Unfortunately this area of Da Nang is not as well established as other beachfront areas so there werent many other options outside the hotel for dining or activities.
