A little less cordial staff compared to other hotels where we stayed in Vietnam. We requested to check out 1 hour later, and they were eager to bill us for that extra 1 hour. There is a word called "empathy". Remember, we checked in about 4 hours late. In none of the other hotels in Vietnam, we faced this type of hospitality.

Location was just perfect. Walking distance to the beach. For tourists everything is nearby. The room was clean. The hotel staff was really helpful.they arrange us a car whenever we need and also rent was reasonable compared to outside. Travel manager Thuy Naguan helped us a lot. She recommended us. The breakfast lobby is clean.

As we are muslim the breakfast menue offer are limited. Should ask for more halal or chicken items.

The staff were very good, lovely and welcoming especially LyNa. The hotel was clean and decorated well. My room was spacious. The hotel is in a great location as your 5 mins walk from Old Town and just a few seconds to a minutes walk to coffee shops, restaurants, tailors and gift shops and also a convenience store around the corner. I would stay at this hotel again. I hope the bosses know what lovely and hard working staff they have which made my stay wonderful.

I didn't realise there was no lift and I was on the top floor, but the view made up for it. Sleep was disturbed a couple of times from flashing white light on the smoke alarm.

It was very clean and good facilities. We were welcomed by very kind and helpful staff who were super friendly! We had a problem with a bed missing in our room but they fixed it immediately, special thanks to Nhi who was very sweet and helped us with everything:))

The location is perfect, right next to the beach and close to supermarkets and nice restaurants. The staff were absolutely phenomenal: extremely kind and friendly, even when I needed help at 4am! Their English is the best I've heard in Da Nang, too. The laundry service is the cheapest I've seen in Vietnam by far, so it's worth using 💯. The detergent they use has a very light and very pleasant scent. I have very sensitive skin and I have had 0 issues with my clothes after the staff at Hung Anh Hotel cleaned them. The furniture was comfortable and the room was clean, with a bit of sea view and great TV channels. The shower was super comfy and the hot water runs very hot, but not uncomfortably so. It's best to try to be economical for the sake of this beautiful environment, but I recommend you sit under the hot water for a little improvised spa time once.

The electrical sockets were a little wobbly, which is normal for the entire South China Sea region. I think it's because the plugs are not 100% the same as European ones. Wiggle the plug around a bit to find where the pins make the best contact, of course without having your fingers near any uncovered contact points.

Staff where fantastic and very helpful.

The restaurant is closed. It's a lovely restaurant on the 3rd floor but it's not open for full breakfast however you can order a breakfast the night before if you wish and the staff will cook it for you. But none else is in the restaurant so it feels cold.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel thanks to the exceptional service provided by the receptionist. Their warm welcome and professional assistance truly made my stay memorable. The hotel itself was lovely, with clean rooms, great amenities, and a convenient location. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay with top-notch hospitality!

Spacious and nicely decorated room, comfortable king size bed and closet big enough to keep open suitcase in for ease of finding clothes etc. Aircon worked very well and bathroom was very clean and a good size. The room itself was quite large. Staff were very extremely helpful! All this, plus two convenience stores next door and located just a short walk to several good beachfront restaurants and the beach itself made the Hung Anh Hotel a great place to stay. The side window had a good view of the beach and there was a large vacant block opposite our main window so there was a good view all round.

More variety in the breakfast dishes available would have been welcomed.

This hotel is one of the best I have stayed travelling in Asia, the staff at reception is also very attentive and make sure that everything is great during your staying, the beds are very comfortable and the facilities perfect. Is like 10min walk to the beach and about 35min walk to the center.

Good location close to the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a studio suite which had 2 bedrooms. It was lovely to have the extra space

While there was a lot of food for breakfast, we found that majority was cold. Toaster was broken. Unless you love seafood, there was limited choices for dinner within walking distance of the hotel
