Room was very clean. Mini fridge was good although can't figure out how to make it cooler. Partial view to the ocean was good. Location was within walking distance to tourists spots. The area nearby has a few laundry places, c-stores, and money changers too. AC was working well and water was strong. Don't forget to visit Con Market (Chợ Cồn) about 15-20 min away using motorbike taxi (grab) most prices are fixed but ask for discount anyway.

Need a better trained staffs. For being a decent size hotel and busy, at least one of many staffs should be able to speak or understand English somewhat decent. Staff communication is very poor. I asked for 2nd key card and she said NO. I asked why and she can't answer me just shook her head. I lost word and left. I went back in morning and a different staff gave the second key. Also, It was very crowded during breakfast time. It could use more helpers in eggs station/or fried more eggs and put them on the buffet line. Selection was standard but could use more fruit variety.

1. Spa and sauna were not working (but in the description it says the opposite). 2. The room didn't have privacy. The window was connected to the next room, separated with just glued transparent glass. Could hear even gossips. And there was a door to another room which fortunately was closed.

Truly beachfront, the pool is gorgeous too! Wonderful lobby, most of the staff were amazing too! Shoutout to the extra kind restaurant staff! Super comfy room, very easy to get to as it's on the main beach road. I really like the building and decor in general. The pool room is way smaller than it looks in photos, even my own photos, but it's enough for a pleasant dip and a bit of exercise.

The rooftop bar needs a new coat of paint, though since the hotel is right next to the sea I'm not sure there's any paint that will withstand the sea air for long. They don't have a secure room for your luggage. It just sits in the lobby among all the guests if you can't check in right away. Food could be better for the price. I also tried out a budget hotel nearby and their food was better. Note that this is not related to the staff, who are great. The quality of the ingredients made the difference.

Location across from the beach with close enough restaurants. Rooms were clean , spacious and beautiful bathroom with lots of amenities.

Breakfast was okay. There were many people and as a kind suggestion to make things flow better, the coffee area should be separate from the bread and toast area. This creates a bottleneck and did not allow for a flow of people without spillage and extra work for staff.

The hotel is clean and the location is good. It is close to the beach, restaurants, convenience stores and pubs. There is a nice pool on the roof with a nice view of the area. The cleaning staff were good and the reception staff were friendly, accommodating and professional. Could not ask for better.

Nothing to not like. It is a nice hotel. Walk in and they open the door for you in a welcoming manner.

Always a Wonderful Hotel We often travel from Hoi An to Danang for the weekend and this is our Hotel which we stay. The Hotel is front of the Beach, Bars and Restaurants, the rooms are very comfortable and the beds extremely soft and a very good breakfast is provided. The staff are very friendly and are eager to help. This Hotel is true value for money.

I had a wonderful stay at Eden Hotel! The hotel is in a prime location. There are so many restaurants within walking distance, and the beach was only one block away. My room was large and very clean and cozy. I honestly didn’t want to leave my hotel bed because it was so soft. Hospitality is amazing! The staffs here are so kind and accommodating. Receptionist, especially, was very lovely, helpful, and sweet. They always made sure my stay was comfortable.

The credit/card machine could not accept my card, even though I was actively and successfully using it elsewhere at the same time. They had no other means of accepting payment, other than me having to wait in line at busy ATM and withdraw cash.

Its location is the best factor when talking about this hotel. Surrounded by lots of restaurants and cafe, my kids were really excited about the beach and the view from the room.

In the holiday season, it’s too crowded here, especially in the restaurant for breakfirst. Food is okay for me but as I can feel from others, the breakfisrt menu should be changed daily

Well located right on the beach good rooms overlooking the ocean. Though it's at the far end of the road away from the restaurant. The lanes behind the hote a few minutes away have good options for food.
