Five star deluxe hotel! Among the best hotels I've stayed in Da Nang. We initially were 4 nights at the hotel and extended another 3 nights. I'll start with the amazing hotel staff! They have an excellent service. From the moment we entered the hotel, they smiled, were super nice and interested in helping us as much as possible. Thank you everyone and especially Gigi, Helena and Nancy! We could not have asked for a better staff. We booked a premier room - a large room with two comfortable beds. The room is nicely decorated, with a large desk and a comfortable chair, a small sofa and next to it another small table, a closet and a small safe. Nothing was missing. Every day they came to clean the room and gave us small bottles of water, tea and coffee. The bathroom is large and spacious and very comfortable. The water in the shower is excellent, there is cold and hot water throughout the day (which is not everywhere here in Da Nang). We didn't hear any noise from the street except for a few bus sirens, but from the corridor we did hear people coming out of the rooms, talking loudly and waiting for the elevator. The air conditioner in the room works great. The wifi works well in the room and in the lobby. The lobby of the hotel is very beautifully and impressively designed! There are comfortable sofas for sitting/waiting. There is air-conditioned at the lobby. On the same floor as the lobby is the spa area and also a small gym overlooking the street. The breakfast is on the 10th floor. There is a very large and diverse selection of delicious and fresh food. In addition, there are many delicious juices, tea and coffee. The pool is also on the 10th floor, a very nice pool overlooking the city and the sea, with 4 seats outside the water. The hotel is in an excellent location - about 7 minutes walk from the sea from the main beach. There are many restaurants around the hotel. There is a large supermarket a minute's walk from the hotel.

Stayed at this hotel last few days and can say I had a great stay. It is short walk from the beach, there is a relaxed atmosphere in the neighborhood and plenty of cafes where you can get good Vietnamese coffee. The rooms are in good condition, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom looked neat. The best thing during my stay was definitely the staff. Very customer friendly and helpful. They go far to make your stay as comfortable as possible. For example, when I didn't come for breakfast the last few days, I was personally approached and made sure I was okay and feeling well ( mentioned that I usually don't have breakfast ). At their insistence I was given a small breakfast to try anyway, which was brought to my room. Overall, I can recommend this hotel if you visit Da Nang, even if for a short time. So a special thank you to Nancy, Gigi, Helene, Chau & Tracy! Hopefully until next year!

Everything was perfect, the service, the room was really beautiful with really comfortable bedding, the breakfast very generous with a wide choice and a staff attentive to your needs. They even offered us lunch, I would also like to thank the chef for his cuisine. The swimming pool and the spa are incredible and the girls very nice. I really recommend this hotel with my eyes closed! A little pang in the heart when leaving because the staff is really endearing. I will come back for sure ! Love Grand Sunrise ❤️

I recently had a wonderful stay at the Grand Sunrise Boutique Hotel in Da Nang. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and exceptionally well taken care of. The breakfast each morning was delicious, offering a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. The housekeeping service was excellent, with fresh towels provided daily, ensuring our room was always spotless. One of the highlights of our stay was the rooftop pool, which offered a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the view. The hotel's staff truly made our experience memorable. Special thanks to Nancy, Gigi, and Nhi for their impeccable service. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We travel extensively and have stayed at many hotels, and I can confidently say that the service at Grand Sunrise Boutique Hotel stands out as exceptional. We felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang.

The hotel is clean and convenient as it is near to the attractions. The staff are super friendly and helpful especially Gigi and Nancy. They took initiative to greet us everyday and ensure that we have a comfy stay. They also offered my mum hot ginger tea and hot porridge when they were told that my mum wasn’t having food poisoning due to the unhygienic food from other restaurants. They even followed up with us on my mum condition every morning and make sure she is recovering well. We will definitely rate their service as 10/10 with no doubts!

The location was great, right near everything we wanted to do and with a view of the beach, we stayed there for 5 nights and they really made us feel special, every day the Customer Manager Giselle would check in with us and make sure everything was ok and find a different way of giving us a little reward, it was probably the best customer experience we have ever had at any hotel, including any of the big name hotels, everything we asked for or needed they helped us with, if we ever go back to Da Nang we would definitely stay there again, a huge thank you to Giselle and her team for making our stay wonderful

The standout feature of our stay was the incredible service provided by Trang and Gigi. Both were fluent in Vietnamese and English, which made communication seamless and stress-free. They were attentive, always available to help, and made sure that every detail was taken care of. My family and I stayed for 3 nights and whether it was providing local recommendations, accommodating special requests, or just checking in to make sure we were comfortable, they went above and beyond to ensure we had an exceptional experience. We checked out super early before the buffet operating hours, but Trang was able to pack us a to-go lunch pack. The hotel itself was spotless, with clean and well-maintained facilities, but it was the personalized care from the staff that truly made our stay memorable.

Honestly, there wasn’t much to dislike—everything met or exceeded our expectations.

The room was exactly in the picture, it was clean, got my water refilled everyday for free and room cleaned daily. The food was good and some were changed each day so you won't get bored. The staff was friendly and helpful, I got a minor injured and they helped me out by providing some aid kit. They also gave us some advise when we went to visit Hoi An. The location is absolutely the best for such price, it's near the beach, only took 5 minutes to walk there, if you rent motorbike, it just takes you 10 minutes to reach the Marble Mountain

The pool is smaller than expected, but it's not a big deal when you already have a stunning beach within walking distance^^

Our stay was quite short, but the staff at Grand Sunrise Boutique made it so wonderful. The four main individuals we came in contact with: Châu, Haley, Nancy and Gigi are some of the loveliest human beings who take such pride in their work and in making sure that whatever help is needed, they will provide to the best of their abilities. One particular example was Châu going out of her way to order us a grab taxi to get back to the hotel after a late night train back from a day trip to Hue. These gestures made me and my family so very grateful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location is ideal as it is so close to the beach as well as many places to eat, which is perfect for exploring whenever wanted. We could not recommend this hotel more.
