A well run, proper hotel near the dragon bridge. Everything works well here, the lift, the tv, the hot water. Very efficient and friendly staff. Nice, big, clean room.

The reason this hotel does not get 10 points from me is the restaurant. We booked with breakfast, but the buffet is not that good really. But more importantly, hygiene in the restaurant area really needs improving. I had to search for a clean fork and knife in the cutlery box, most were not clean and still had some sort of old food stuck on them. The tables were not cleaned and had the crumbs and butter of the previous eater still on them. And the state of the formerly white dining room chairs is appaling. They are grubby and dirty and look as if they have never been washed. It is a shame, because otherwise the hotel is really clean, so why is the dining room so dirty??

I love the buffet breakfast

We had great stay in Mercury Boutique Hotel. Great location. Was close to the markets, Dragon Bridge and plenty of cafes and restaurants. A very nice grocery store was right next door. The bed and the pillow were very comfortable, the AC worked great and the shower and water temperature was perfect. We would definitely stay here again. Overall, for the price it was a great place to stay and would definitely recommend it.

Great stay with a high walking score around the hotel! The place itself is clean, quiet and peaceful. The staff is very helpful, smiling and ready to help with any problem, speak good English. The dragon bridge is a quick 10 mins walk away. There's plenty of restaurants and cafes around this place so you can have fun.It's 1-2 km away from the beach.

Mercury Hotel was perfect to go on tour at the center of the city and visit the sights of the area. Room was clean and comfortable. We had a very good working table . The staff was very warm and helpful. The hotel close to the airport and Dragon bridge .

The staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast choices were impressive, and the food was of good quality. The bed was large and comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean and stocked with the usual tea-making facilities and toiletries. Strong and secure wifi is always high on my list, and I wasn't disappointed. I stayed for two nights and was pleased with my choice. Bonus: next to the hotel is a quality coffee shop.

The apartment was reasonably large and airy. However, we were first offered an apartment which was musty, but to be fair the staff changed it immediately. The receptionist lady was very helpful with ideas of tours, places to visit etc.

There's nothing that's not likeable at mercury.

Great place to stay in Da Nang! The place was spacious and very clean. The people in hotel were super nice and helpful. Would definitely come back next time!

Reception & breakfast staff were very friendly. Room was spacious and clean. 2 Blocks away from McDonalds. Breakfast could be improved but was ok.
