It is a brand new hotel with interesting techy-concept. We were staying in the river-view family room which is not very big, but was nice and comfortable, with an excellent view of river, city and Dragon Bridge. There is a laundry room where you can wash (for 2 USD), dry (for 2 USD) and iron your cloths, which was big plus for us. It was not very clear how to pay for the laundromat with credit-card, but we called for help, and they came to assist us in couple of minutes. There is also very nice terrace at the roof. Hotel is 5 minutes walk away from the Dragon Bridge and night market. Also, there is a great shopping centar "Vincom Plaza" few minutes walk from the hotel (in the direction opposite from Dragon Bridge). We really liked our stay in this hotel, and would warmly recommend it to others.

It was rather chaotic in the dining room during the breakfast, and not very clear what is available for breakfast, and where to find what to drink and eat Also, it was very difficult to find table to sit. There is no ability to open any kind of window in the room. We were staying in the hotel for just one night so it didn't bother us much, but for a longer stay I would prefer to have ability to open the window and not depend just on air conditioning. Hotel was bombarding us with too many promotional messages, and many of those were not relevant for our stay in the hotel, so at the end we stopped reading them eventhough some of them might have been useful.

Our stay at Wink Hotel was a pleasant experience. A girl name Tho at the reception was super helpful and accommodating. We asked for a an electric kettle and plates/utensils, cups in our room as we bring some fruits and make our coffee in hotel room. Tho provided us with everything we asked. She also helped us booking tours to Ba Na Hills and Hoi An with a great tour operator. Wink Hotel has Laundry facility on 4th floor which was super convenient for being a traveler and doing laundry at our own convenience. Hotel also had a Gym (we never used cuz we were walking 20+ km everyday). 5th floor has reception area and restaurant. Breakfast was included in our stay and they offer many different varieties of breakfast. Only thing in breakfast that could improve is coffee. Instead of getting it from a dispensing machine, I would rather enjoy fresh coffee. Over all, we had great time staying at Wink Hotel Danang Riverside and won't hesitate to book it again. I can not think of anything that I didn't like. May be fresh coffee is better than the machine coffee. But who cares we were there to travel and enjoy.

First thing first: Highly recommended this hotel to nob anyone. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The room I got was clean and the interior has this minimalistic design. Highly recommend to ask the staff about different places and tour guides they can offer to you. The view from the top of the building is amazing as you can see the famous Dragon Bridge and how the city lights up by night. The breakfast is tastefully and great.

The only thing I wish was a little bit more variety because its kinda suited for Koreans tourists. Other than that, highly recommend this hotel to anyone

The river view was amazing! Could see the dragon bridge from our room. The lobby and check in area is on level 5 which also has a bar and also is where breakfast is served. Great views looking out to the river. We headed up to their rooftop bar for NYE and if the weather was nicer the pool would've been a great start to the new years! Even so, it was a lovely way to start the new years with "free flow" drinks and even some fireworks from the rooftop! Highly recommend. The bed was very comfortable. Staff were very helpful.

The room was a bit small and a bit of an odd shape. There was no door to the shower part and therefore after a shower, the whole bathroom was very wet.

Loved the view of the river. Bed was quite comfortable, and room was very quiet. Central Danang is a little underwhelming, but there's enough to occupy you for a day or so. The night market nearby is great.

The room was quite small. For one night it was ok, but jeez it was tiny. It reminded me of the EasyJet Hotel I stayed in once. Breakfast options are more geared towards a Korean clientele. I also found it incredibly frustrating due to the behaviour of some guests at breakfast - not the fault of the hotel, just a shocking lack of awareness of other people (pushing in line, monopolising facilities and standing in front of fridges etc others were trying to access).

Western standards, riverside view is worth it (although you can't see the dragons head). Good breakfast choices. Cool common spaces, it would be nice to have some excuse to socialise....

No coffee facilities in the room and only one machine for breakfast (queue!). You can ask for a kettle if you bring your own... (Why? Seriously... To make people pay for a coffee or tea at the bar?! Really...?! ) Laundry facilities could be improved (100k is higher than what you can find, it would be nice to have washer/dryer in one, so I don't have to go twice).

New hotel, funky, colourful, vibe. Amazing river views, especially at night from the rooftop or bedroom window. Large gym. Self-serve laundry (three washers and three dryers, iron etc). Rooftop pool. Bar area. Walking distance to Dragon Bridge, etc.

Biggest let down was breakfast. Nothing Western, everything was Asian with the exception of the egg station, cereals, bread and fruit. Everything was either rice, noodles or curry. No kettle in room, need to request. Not all TV channels working. Aircon temperature appeared fixed, especially in laundry room very hot could not adjust.

Modern and one of the best hotel room layouts I’ve ever seen. Also liked the laundromat and absolutely loved the rooftop pool and lounge area. The chill out music up there added to the great vibe. While I didn’t like Danang city much at all, it was always pleasant to come back to the hotel and feel like I could relax in peace up at the pool. The General Manager, an Australian expat, was super helpful and invested in checking in on guests whenever he was passing by. Other staff were courteous and friendly, although Google Translate helps with communication.

They have a stunning rooftop pool and lounge/bar but the pool closes at 7pm!! It seems ludicrous to close it so early when they have such a great city view at night and it is too hot for many people to be up there before the sun goes down. My son and his friend missed out on using the pool because the only time it was comfortable for them to be up there was after dinner.

The check in was self service, although their were staff members there to guide you through the process. The staff were welcoming and attentive to our needs and also help us arranged a fixed priced taxi to bana hills and back. The location was nice with stunning night views of the dragon bridge, Han river and the city. The food was also good. Our return flight was delayed and staff were kind enough to extend our check out time giving us the extra much needed rest and avoiding the long wait at the airport.

No complaints, our stay was made easier by the service provided by the front desk and restaurant staff.
