It is a brand new hotel with interesting techy-concept. We were staying in the river-view family room which is not very big, but was nice and comfortable, with an excellent view of river, city and Dragon Bridge. There is a laundry room where you can wash (for 2 USD), dry (for 2 USD) and iron your cloths, which was big plus for us. It was not very clear how to pay for the laundromat with credit-card, but we called for help, and they came to assist us in couple of minutes. There is also very nice terrace at the roof. Hotel is 5 minutes walk away from the Dragon Bridge and night market. Also, there is a great shopping centar "Vincom Plaza" few minutes walk from the hotel (in the direction opposite from Dragon Bridge). We really liked our stay in this hotel, and would warmly recommend it to others.

It was rather chaotic in the dining room during the breakfast, and not very clear what is available for breakfast, and where to find what to drink and eat Also, it was very difficult to find table to sit. There is no ability to open any kind of window in the room. We were staying in the hotel for just one night so it didn't bother us much, but for a longer stay I would prefer to have ability to open the window and not depend just on air conditioning. Hotel was bombarding us with too many promotional messages, and many of those were not relevant for our stay in the hotel, so at the end we stopped reading them eventhough some of them might have been useful.

New hotel, funky, colourful, vibe. Amazing river views, especially at night from the rooftop or bedroom window. Large gym. Self-serve laundry (three washers and three dryers, iron etc). Rooftop pool. Bar area. Walking distance to Dragon Bridge, etc.

Biggest let down was breakfast. Nothing Western, everything was Asian with the exception of the egg station, cereals, bread and fruit. Everything was either rice, noodles or curry. No kettle in room, need to request. Not all TV channels working. Aircon temperature appeared fixed, especially in laundry room very hot could not adjust.

Modern and one of the best hotel room layouts I’ve ever seen. Also liked the laundromat and absolutely loved the rooftop pool and lounge area. The chill out music up there added to the great vibe. While I didn’t like Danang city much at all, it was always pleasant to come back to the hotel and feel like I could relax in peace up at the pool. The General Manager, an Australian expat, was super helpful and invested in checking in on guests whenever he was passing by. Other staff were courteous and friendly, although Google Translate helps with communication.

They have a stunning rooftop pool and lounge/bar but the pool closes at 7pm!! It seems ludicrous to close it so early when they have such a great city view at night and it is too hot for many people to be up there before the sun goes down. My son and his friend missed out on using the pool because the only time it was comfortable for them to be up there was after dinner.

The check in was self service, although their were staff members there to guide you through the process. The staff were welcoming and attentive to our needs and also help us arranged a fixed priced taxi to bana hills and back. The location was nice with stunning night views of the dragon bridge, Han river and the city. The food was also good. Our return flight was delayed and staff were kind enough to extend our check out time giving us the extra much needed rest and avoiding the long wait at the airport.

No complaints, our stay was made easier by the service provided by the front desk and restaurant staff.

Very comfortable bed in a well designed room. Good sound-proofing between rooms and along the corridors. Breakfast buffet was well stocked and catered for many tastes. Room was spotlessly clean. Staff were very pleasant.

The incessant, thudding "music" during breakfast was headache inducing and far from the best way to start the day. One coffee machine is insufficient for the vast breakfast area - a queue forms. The same could be said for the fried egg station. While it is good to have washing machines available, a full laundry service in-house would be an advantage.

Cool Rooftop, nice view, very friendly stuff, laundromat, gym

The breakfast was the biggest weak point of this hotel. The selection was quite limited, and constantly the individual stations were empty and had to be replenished (especially milk, cereals, beverages, fruits and dishes). For every single item, one had to ask specifically because the staff often did not notice and refill it on their own.

The location, overlooking the dragon bridge is very nice if you're there on a Friday or Saturday (lightshow at 21:00). There is a laundry room where you can do your own laundry (vnd 50.000 per load each for washer and dryer, so vnd 100.000 total). There was a lot of choice for the breakfast (even ice cream???), but it was mainly geared to Asian guests, but then, you are in Vietnam... The rooftop pool, although I didn't use it and the bar was closed.

It was clear when I booked, but the rooms are on the small side, although rather smartly laid out with the bathroom door doubling as a shower door. Lighting in the bathroom could be better i.e. if you need to put in contacts.

We had an awesome 3 nights stay at Wink hotel. Wink hotel is modern, fabulous, hip and happening! We loved the 24hrs check in/out concept. The staff is very friendly and provides you with lots of recommendations for trips around Danang. The rooftop pool is fabulous with an astonishing view over the city, mountains and ocean. I could be windy up there though. The room is small but more beautiful and cosy than in the pictures and again there is a great view over the river and the city skyline. And last but not least we loved the breakfast with both Asian and Western food.

Amazing rooftop pool and bar but unfortunately for us they are closed when raining. View from the hotel room is stunning and breakfast is super nice buffet.

A bit weird concept for is. It's kind of self service hotel but it's not. It's trying to be self service but there are so many employees telling you how to do something by yourself instead of them just doing it for you (buying beer etc..). Room is really tiny but view makes up for it as well as a really comfortable bed!
