Beautiful fusion of nature and luxury. Extremely relaxing and restful

Transport to and from the resort is very convenient to arrange. There is a free water taxi service provided at certain timings and you can easily book a grab to take you directly to the airport. The lobby is situated under a beautiful canopy of trees and there you will be greeted with a tasty cool drink and fruits while your butler initiates the check-in process. The room itself was spacious, tastefully decorated, and everything you could possibly need was provided. The TV comes with netflix and Amazon prime which kept me entertained throughout my stay.

Although the room was huge, the overall compound was smaller than expected. There's not much to explore within the resort itself. I crossed paths with a large rat in the morning but I'm not sure if that is to be expected given the rural location of the resort. Also the sight of the river dulls after a while. It's definitely not stunning enough if you're chasing scenic views.

In light of the other reviews (in particular those more negative ones), perhaps we were lucky as all was simply great! - very attentive and friendly staff, including Daniel, the General Manager - we had a clean and very spacious waterfront Family Villa with a swimming pool - efficient boat transfer to and from the hotel - good food (once they learned that my wife was a vegetarian, they provided her an extensive and rich vegetarian menu. That was an excellent touch!) - happy hours for cocktails daily - amazing ‘jungle’ garden

- WIFI could be faster - toilets/showers in villas should have curtains to provide more privacy - the boats on the river may be a bit noisy (obviously, it’s not the hotel’s fault)

Hotel design is very nice, looks like a mini paradise. Breakfast was very good. The lady who manage the garden is very passionate and explained well what she has there. The staff been very helpful, because, we arrived around 06h00 AM (as our travel from Nha Trang been not so smooth) Swimming pool is very good. Staff been very supportive/helpful for finding activities (on the river, visit to Tunnels)

My wife and I stayed in the 'Garden View Suite'. Room - Clean, spacious, well-decorated and with all necessary equipment. Despite being away from the river, there was still adequate natural light. The bed was very comfortable and we got a very good night's rest. The bathtub was amazing and worth spending a good amount of time in! Resort grounds - Exceptionally pleasant to walk around. Breakfast - Fantastic. There was a buffet as well as numerous a la carte options available. Everything was very satisfying and well-presented. Importantly, the coffee was decent. Pool - Located in the centre of the resort, the pool proved perfectly-sized and was normally not too busy. Service - Polite and courteous, prompt with dealing with requests. Services - A complimentary speedboat takes you to/from the resort. A nice touch.

lovely room and a beautiful setting, it's hard to believe your actually in the city.

Too much shade at the pool. The staff took pictures of our sheets when we were checking out ( assuming looking for stains) which I found very strange and awkward. Tried to charge us for a dirty wash cloth, although I managed to speak to the manager who took the charge of the bill. very strange for a 5 star hotel not to provide cotton for make removal and then try charging you for leaving their towels dirty.

There was not enough shuttle service with the boat. Two trips a day is not enough and we wish they were offered more frequently. Also the waitstaff need further training at the restaurant as our entrées and mains were brought together and we felt rushed even though the restaurant was not full. The food could be more authentic Vietnamese choices, more fresh and live seafood would be great.

Everything has been renovated to a totally spotless level. The staff are very kind and service oriented and most of them speaks a great English. The vegetation and 'wild life' ( squirrels :) at the resort makes you forget that you are actually staying in the outskirts of a 10M inhabitants city. Watching the barges sailing at the river and the water hyacinths floating by provides a state of tranquillity. While the rooms might be a bit pricy the (good) food at the restaurant are at a more economical level.

The overall scenery is impressive and the boat ride from D1 very nice.The room setting ( beds and other related facilities) is OK.Breakfast choice and selection are appropriate. Restaurant menu regarding vietnamese dishes might be a bit more various and tastes "better vietnamese". Western dishes choice is OK though.

This was my 3rd or 4th stay but the first time after their recent renovation. The villas were already lovely but the team has done a wonderful job upgrading the resort. We stayed in the riverside pool villa for 2 nights. It's such a relaxing location so close to the city. Everything about the resort was great, including the meals. A special thank you to Mr. Hien who was so attentive during our stay and went out of his way to return some items to us via grab which we forgot when we checked out. We can't wait to stay again!
