Decent location near the busy bustling street. Somehow a quiet bedroom even though it's so close to the party scene. Breakfast was reasonable. Very friendly staff who make a big effort down at and near reception.

Bar was under renovation. Seems to be one of the best bits of the hotel so it's a shame this was closed. Room smelled a bit when we got there. Things look a bit out of date and worn in rooms. But the cost to stay was very cheap - so maybe what you might expect.

All the staff are friendly, courteous and are bilingual. Location is excellent and is a delight for those who want to enjoy the night life as well as do some shopping. Recommend shopping at Central Shopping center as it's much better than Ben Thanh market where the vendors try to rip off foreigners with their very high markups. The breakfast is healthy and great taste. A big thumbs up to the owner and his management as the team's customer service is excellent. Highly recommend this place and I for sure will stay here during my next visits....

Management should upgrade their entertainment TV system to smart TVs so that foreigners can enjoy watching YouTube and introduce some English channels. Air conditioning needs some upgrade. Wifi is ok during daytime but at night it gets very slow and often does not connect. Wish the wifi could be upgraded to high speed internet services with better capacity.

Hotel was very nice and clean with the staff being very helpful and accommodating. The rooftop bar has an excellent view of the city which was a great bonus and a nice place to chill out. The hotel is very central also so within easy reach of the main attractions of the city.

Only issue was that the hotel is at the end of the walking street with lots of loud bars so you can hear some music until the early hours, but it’s not too bad.

The rooms given to our group were adjacent to each other. They granted our request. :) We are also glad that they clean our room every day. I think the location is excellent because it is near the famous walking street, coffee shops, restaurants, and convenience stores. Finally, what we really liked during our stay here was the breakfast. We have delicious breakfast every day. The staff were polite to assist us always. We will tell our friends to stay here as well. This was our second time to stay at the Duc Vuong Hotel. It's such great value for money the rooms are basic but spotlessly clean with a good shower and is very central to Ben Thanh market in district one however the best thing about Duc Vuong is the staff...Everyone from the lovely reception team to the porter who helped us cross the crazy road everyday a great guy and in particular lady who is the manager of the breakfast buffet in the morning she was like a ray of sunshine so helpful and pleasant and she took care of us so well and made us smile with her friendly manner and lovely words, The breakfast is fresh delicious with good eggs & coffee. Highly recommend this hotel for a short stay in Saigon!

Nothing negative this is a great budget hotel but just to mention It's on Bui Vien Street which is the party street but it's at the very end so it's much quieter and you don't hear much although this street is not for everyone you should stay on it at least once in your life it's crazy but fun and you see all walks of life...no bother sleeping after a day sightseeing.

All the Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. The family deluxe room is spacious and clean with all the facilities as stated during my booking. The buffet breakfast is great. My family like the roof top bar. The location of the Hotel is accessible to most of the attractions we planned to visit, near to many convenient shops and pharmacies. You can find local Vietnamese food nearby. All in all, great hotel, nice location.

Location. Rooms. Value and staff all exceeded expectations

The rooftop bar just reopened so they just need to upgrade staff experience but the view is incredible. For the breakfast buffet they have some work to do. Food variety and quantity not to par with other similar locations.not bad but lacking in many ways. That the only reason I didn't give 10 stars

Location and breakfast... I don't know how other complains about the noise around the area. First of all the noise from the outside is not as much as others complaining about, it is very minimal and just enough to give you a goodnight sleep. Secondly, the hotel is just 1min walk from Bui Vien walking street so next time, just do a research before making a reservation on this hotel instead of complaining.

Located on the last part of bui vien Street, not so noisy as the other areas. Rooftop still one of the best places. Hotel with old Charme, in parts now under reconstruction and renewing. I'm sure it will be great in few month again.

The change from bui vien street in the past 12 years when I've been the first time in duc vuong hotel. I miss many of the old shops with handcrafts, paintings and boutiques. Now to many loud music bars and s.o the charme of the past is really gone...
