The staff people at the reception are very very nice, smiley, helpful and at the restaurant some staff people are nice too. The bedroom is confortable, the bed I slept is so well and it's so comfy. They provide what you need for the beauty products or sanitary at the lobby ground floor for you, so you can take into your room. The decoration of the hotel is beautiful and modern but with warm and bright colours.

You can't actually open the window in the room (since it's a big one with view on the area) so that's what I didn't appreciate since I like having air coming into my room. Especially one girl, at the restaurant/lounge area don't know how to smile, that's so impolite, they have a face like you're annoying, and giving them some job to do they don't want to do. Some basic training remain to at least be smiley to the customers (even more when they smiling back) that's how it should be in a hotel.

The hotel really is a beautiful and comfortable as it looks in the photos. We mainly picked it because we wanted a nice place to stay near the airport, but it ended up being one of our favorite stays. The room was a good size, felt very fresh and clean. While not super private (it’s behind a matte glass divider, we didn’t mind), the bathroom was super clean and the water pressure was great. The lounge was an unexpected bonus; we decided to check it out because we got a drink voucher from the front desk and ended up having a lovely cocktail and playing some pool there. And the staff were awesome! We forgot that we needed to pay a fee for international departures when taking a Grab to the airport and didn’t have any cash on us, but the staff jumped in to help and actually paid it for us, it was SO nice. :)

Clean, helpful / friendly staff, and priced fairly. They even have free ramen for you at the front to grab whenever you want as well as some paid food too if you choose. If you don’t want either of those options the restaurant is really good and tastefully decorated. Really enjoyed my stay.

There is no door to the bathroom/shower area. Additionally it faces the bed area. There is a light curtain but it’s see through. If you’re sharing the room with someone they’ll need to step out of the room while you shower or use the toilet. Additionally I found it weird there was no hand soap for washing your hands, meaning all guests in the hotel were not washing their hands. Only body wash, shampoo, and conditioner provided.

The hotel is brand new with beautiful interior and design. We stayed in twin bed room and room was very spacious and clean. There is a pantry space on the lobby that has coffee , tea , water and cup noodles 24/7. There is also an option to buy any thing else u need at the lobby as well. We received a coupon each to buy a drink from the beautiful cafe upstairs as well. Front desk staff was very helpful and there was prompt response for any queries.

Everything was great. Except for the glass toilet cubicle with the sheer curtain. In a twin room which was a little weird since we were friends travelling together.

New and high quality, great co-working area, quiet location off a busier street, fantastic value, good helpful staff, clever system of free drinks and snacks in lobby, had a really nice vibe. They had an air hockey table which was free, fun to do with other travelers, lots of nice touches like this. Not central but food Starbucks, supermarket short walk and $4 in a grab to heart of district 1. 10 mins from airport.

The hotel liked very much. Cute and cozy, with very friendly staff. Very pleased with the trip. Lived on the 8th floor. Neighbors didn't interfere. The room was clean and cozy, but not big. Suitable for one. Maybe the two of us would be close.

I didn't understand the situation with breakfast. They seemed to be included in the stoic, but they were not. There were only paid in the restaurant. Quite far from the Center, 30 minutes by taxi. For someone will be uncomfortable, given that on Vietnam it is hard to move on foot

The hotel’s location is very good. It is near the airport, District 1 and other venues. Staff were pleasant, responsive and helpful.

The smoking area is located at the entrance of the Hotel. Dear Manager and Owner, Unfortunately non smokers must pass through this area and suffer the effects of cigarette smoke. The odor may permeate our hair and clothes. Then we must deal with the obnoxious odor and cleaning of our body and clothes. I am sure you are aware how the smoke and odor from cigarettes is absorbed into all materials, fabric of clothing, curtains and the cloth and wood of furniture. The smoke is even absorbed into concrete surfaces. It leaves it’s odor and yellow stain on all surfaces, including glass. I hope that you are able to find an alternative site for smokers where non smokers will not be exposed to the dangers of smoking. Thank you for your attention.

This hotel concept is on point! Our room is alwasg clean and fresh with nice window view. I love the idea of the bar here, cozy and romantic with open space for friends or family meetings at the place. However, the music is kinda louder than it should sometimes which is a lil bit annoying while you are chatting with friends or on a date night. This hotel locates in a very good location where you could travel anywhere in the city easily. Will be back when I'm in Saigon.

I liked it very much! It is very nice and cosy hotel. The room is small but has everything you need. It was very stylish and fresh. The bathroom is fency. The cleaning is good. The staff is great and speaks English well. The hotel has special lobby where you can sit and work, drink water, coffee or tea free of charge and even the noodles. Also they give you a voucher for one free drink in the bar. The location is good, it is situated between the airport and the city centre.

You should be aware ot the fact that the location isn't in the centre, also the bathroom is in the room and there is only a curtain between the bed and the bathroom (I mean no door). It was fine for us. The only thing I didn't like is that you can't open the window so there is no fresh air in the room.

What a fantastic place to stay. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and clean. The bathrooms were gorgeous. The lobby and the building from the outside has a very unique and interesting design. It’s very cute and we were big fans of the overall cosy vibe. The staff were also lovely and we loved the coffee and tea available in the lobby. Decent location as well, very close to the main road so easy to catch a Grab
