The hotel is 2 years old, it has huge rooms and big beds. We chose a room with a balcony and another room with a kitchen and balcony plus 2 windowless rooms that were very big it can accommodate 1 or 2 extra beds. It is about 150 meters to Ben Thanh Market. Our street is lined with shopping stalls and a convenience store is just behind the hotel. On the other end of the street opposite Ben Thanh Market is where Saigon Square is located - about 200 meters. All in all a great place to stay in. Value for money.

There was some miscommunication about missing items such as plates and saucers. The staff cannot speak nor understand English well hence difficult to argue. The staff will not book a Grab ride to the airport unless they have checked all the items which was fair. However, after booking the grab car, a staff member suddenly told us of a missing plate which we have to pay for. We know we didn't bring any out nor did we break anything. Our ride to the airport already arrived so we just paid and left. I suggest for those who will stay in the future, make an inventory of the things inside your room in the presence of the staff so there will be no confusion later.

The room was spacious and clean, housekeeping was offered daily, the location is a short walk from the market, there are many halal places to eat, there are good storage facilities in the room, and there is friendly staff.

The room did not have windows or walls (glass walls)! Not soundproof at all. The room was spacious but could be better with a coffee table to go with the sofa. The fridge did not work. The hotel offers lots of different configurations for rooms. If choosing one without a window, no more than one to two nights are recommended.

Loved the decor and the staff were really sweet. Would have given a straight 10 for facilities but the hotel was refurbing the bar, so that was not available and construction work was going on, that being said, we hardly noticed the construction noise. The location is right next to Ben Thanh market and the hotel situated on a quiet market sidestreet. District 1 is where all the main tourist draws are. Love the fresh smoothie bar next door too! The wi-fi was very good with a router in every room. We started with the apartment, loved our stay and booked the delux double for eight more days. When we changed rooms they got us straight into our new room, no hanging around! The staff even arranged our Cu Chi tunnel tour and pick up too.

The little bit of hammering and drilling, but hey, it can't be helped. It's nice to see the hotel updating and improving... not that's there's much that needs improving.

Location - Ben Thanh market and Saigon Centre/ Takashimaya is less than 5 minutes away. Easy to find and navigate your way around. Value for money - reasonably comfortable and clean, helpful staff and good facilities. Neighbourhood- there is a spa and acai berry place next door, coffee across the road, and a number of souvenir shops for super last minute, no-sweat shopping. (Bonus: a Gujerati vegan place, a retro-themed cafe, a coffee/workshop place nearby)

Check for rooms with views in case you do not fancy windowless options. Enough pillows but mattress can be hard for some.

The hotel is conveniently located pretty much right next to Ben Thanh Market and the Takashimaya mall. The bathroom was pretty good and the 2 beds were comfy. We were given thin blankets, which suited us because the weather was pretty hot. The aircon did its job keeping us cool throughout the night. The ppl at reception were lovely. The wifi worked well for the smart tv and our phones. We stayed in a room with no windows but didnt feel like it was that much of a disavadvantage as we only really slept and ate breakfast in the rooms.

The fridge didn't stay cool when we were out because our card would turn on and off the power.

The hotel location is near to almost the city attraction by walk... such as Ben Thanh Market perhaps 20m from the hotel. Staff... mostly they can speak English and very thoughtful, kindness and helpful... love their smiles as always... The room is nice, clean and comfort to sleep....

I guess they need more advertisement and promos. It needs to upgrade the reception area. Love to see more on welcome drinks.

location was great, very near to the east entrance of Ben thanh market, with a nearby circle K if you forgot something or need water. The hotel came with everything you need including toothbrushes and tooth paste. Walkable and felt safe to me even at night. easy location to call a grab and reliable elevator. They also accomodated my late check in as my flight arrived at 1am.

Overall worth the money paid for the room, my only complaint is the pillow was a bit high for my liking and the bed a little firm but everything was clean and nice.

The room was much bigger than expected, the bed was comfy by the Vietnamese standard, most mattresses in Vietnam are on the firm side. The location was right near Ben thanh markets, but also very quiet when you are sleeping. But most of all, the staff were exceptional. After informing them I was arriving late, they pre-cooled my room for me so I could be comfortable straight up, they waited with me when I was awaiting my taxi to go to the airport and helped put my luggage on bike. Super helpful given both of these things happened either late and night or very early in the morning.

Excellent location. Just a stone's throw from Ben Thanh Markets and food stalls. For a family of four we opted for the 2 bed apartment with street views. Windows are sound proof so an added bonus. It was clean and amenities were good for the price we paid. Staff very attentive and helpful, especially our bell boy who went above and beyond to get us a ride to the airport in torrential rain and peak hour when no GRABs would accept our ride. Would recommend as it's very convenient location and decent price.

We booked this hotel because of its location, it could not be more perfect. Just in front of Ben Thanh Market and in walking distance to all the places in District 1 ( Saigon Square etc.) We booked the Suite with Window, which we absolutely recommend. We did see the rooms without window and even they are big and clean, for me I will need window otherwise I feel like locked into a box :-) For one or two nights nothing to complain about. Just on the other side of the street very cute little coffee shop with excellent coffee, croissants for breakfast (hotel does not offer bar, restaurant or breakfast)

We paid around 40 Euros per night and for this price absolutely nothing we did not like. Basic but clean and the location is perfect
