Everything is just amazing. Rooms are spotless clean, staff super friendly. Food is super tasty and reasonable prices. We had a great time and they surprised me for my birthday, which I appreciate. We'll definitely come back again to this hotel.

One small thing. I pressed on a bottle of shampoo to use it and it fell so it was broken and I was ask to pay for it. I think it's super easy to break one of these ceramic bottles by accident. I appreciate it's not plastic, as I'm a very pro environment friendly person but I've seen in other hotels they are put in a wall hanger which prevents them for falling. It's not a problem for 15$ but it's just something that I didn't like

Breakfasts were a real treat. The view of the Saigon River with freight ships cruising up and down the river was special. The luxurious room was meticulously serviced more than once a day. The big pool was also a major attraction. We also enjoyed having dinner at the Kitchen by the River. The staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. They spared no expense to make our short stay extraordinary.

The costs of drinks and cocktails at The Muse was excessive.

We stayed at Mia Saigon last year for the first time and were so impressed by this hotel that we wanted to come back. And one again it was a wonderful experience in each respect. The most precious thing about this hotel gem is the incredible friendly and attentive staff. We also like the great swimming pool that is open 24 hours a day. All facilities are super clean and the food in the restaurant The Kitchen is excellent and superb. And there is no better way to start the day with a lavish and delicious Champagne breakfast.

service culture is established and staff attitude and willingness to serve on the whole is excellent. we observed most of the staff are very young, given time and persistence to service excellence the hotel will gradually hit 5-star service consistency.

we were given a room that had connecting door to the next unit. we saw in room description that rooms were soundproof and didnt give noise issues a second thought. were awoken twice at 3am by folks staying next door, but we did not lodge any complaint with service desk. but on the final night we had a particularly loud conversation in room around 9pm and was asked to tone down. please note: rooms are NOT soundproof! and do request for rooms without interconnecting doors if u do not want to be disturbed by neighbours.

You need a taxi or anything else; the Vietnamese hospitality is there. Ask and they will satisfy. So yes i like this quiet place ,ith the Saigon river in front. And i will come back soon

If you like continentale breafast with bread and cereale.... i know that i didn t ask about it...but in term of bread quality it may be ameliorate. But i know too that regarding the weather condition, it may be not easy to have same quality that we have in France.... i will re-test

Mia Saigon exceeds expectations, very few hotels know how to manage a great boutique hotel, even fewer, a real Luxury Boutique hotel and Being in AnPhu District 2 you get to see how the affluent Vietnamese & Japanese live here.. Stunning views, intimate size with 52 rooms and very professional and hospitable staff.

The concierge and services were a little limited. The staff was great though. Only one restaurant, but wow. What a breakfast! They need a tea room or an eatery maybe.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They took the time to talk with us and ask about where we are from. The food was lovely. The room was spacious and had everything you could need. I loved the artwork in the room and hallways. There was a great choice of food which was great quality and we really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, clean, comfortable and luxurious stay.

Exceptional service and beautiful surroundings. I have been to the city five times and by far this is the greatest. The swimming pool is overlooking the beautiful river with the forest opposite. Astonishing 5 star luxury hotel in every sense of the word. Incredible attention to detail makes this relatively new building think you’re in the 1930’s Art Deco era. Amazing 👍😎

We were looking forward to the river taxi from the private jetty / Saigon river but it was out of action - replaced by a shuttle bus (that we didn’t avail ourselves of) that is certainly no substitute 🥴. Other than that - absolutely faultless 😁👍🇻🇳.
