The hotel is located on a busy street with lots of local street life. There is a small supermarket, a convenience store and a bakery within easy walking distance. All the staff were polite and really friendly. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The A/C looked fairly new and worked well. There is a pleasant patio area on the roof where you often get a nice cooling breeze. Its about 30,000 dong by Grab bike to the city centre. Overall, it's good value for money. You'll struggle to get a cheaper A/C room in Ho Chi Minh City.

Unfortunately, the room doesn't have any soundproofing. There's a lot of traffic noise. You can also hear noise from the surrounding rooms if they are occupied.

The location is convenient, almost every touristic attraction is accessable by bus and taxi. Wi-fi works perfectly well, for me it`s vital because I was on business trip. The owner ans personel of this hotel are super friendly and help to explore cultural sights. I spend great 2 weeks here and can recomend it to you! P.S: This place is safe, don`t worry about your belongings.

I stayed at Minh Chau hotel for a month and a half while visiting family in HCMC. I like that it's conveniently located within a short distance walk to the grocery store, restaurants, pharmacy, laundry places, coffee shops. The staff is attentive and sweet. Room is clean with a comfy bed. I especially like to hang out on the terrace in the evenings. Great value for your stay while exploring the city.

Like staying at home I chose this hotel because I saw many good reviews of it by expats. I quite like it because its architecture looks modern. There are lots of plants and trees as well as swing chairs. Only here can you experience such an interesting atmosphere. My room is quite comfortable. Hotel staffs are very nice and polite. The location is very good because there are many steet foods stools near the hotel. It is also close to Vietnamese traditional medicine museum.

Friendly helpful and relaxed staff,owner. Great food and coffee right outside and lots of breezy roofspace with metal swing chairs. Ask for whatever you need and they'll try to accommodate. We got helped with a scooter hire, a dentist recommended, Sim cards, all spot on advice with best prices and service. All round, nice genuine people to deal with.

everything we needed was provided. everything was easy to reach from here and the staff helped us to rent scooters for a lower price than what we would have paid had we rented them ourselves. They also took care of our luggage after the checkout until we went to the airport late in the evening. nothing to complain about! Best value for the price.. we will come back :)

The friendly and ever helpful staff and owner. Felt like you were home with a hall bedroom and bathroom the size of a bedroom.

The staff helps you carry baggage but a lift would be a boon. It's a little off the centre but they arrange transport for you

the property location was exceptionally convenient around the city. the staff was very nice, helpful and friendly in accommodating what I needed. It has hot water continuously so that was a plus. The room was clean with air conditioner and has water electric heater.

It’d be nice if the room has a microwave to warm up the food when needed.

The first thing I have noticed is that the hotel is designed by a very good architect. The room was nicely laid out and clean. Very friendly staffs and managers. It is quite close to the city center. The street where the hotel is located is full of street foods and restaurants. I really dig the “Bung thit nug”. 5 stars overall!

The hotel has very good spacious rooms. Located in a nice quiet area near the city centre. The owner & the staff at the Minh Chau hotel are brilliant & very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again when I'm in Saigon 👌
