Good size and very clean. Views from hotel room and pool area was exemplary.

Being a large family with a 4 room booking, we were all placed in different floors even though we requested to be placed on the same floor. We understand the request is not always possible. But, the hotel should have let our room key passes to allow us to go to each others floors but didn’t. Instead, we had to constantly prearrange with other room members (via Whattsapp) and go to level 1 to be escorted up to their room. It was way too frustrating and would be the only reason why we would say to a larger group not stay here. The hotel said that room key activatation on different floors outside our allocated room is not possible but with technology these days, I cannot see how this cannot be made possible.

What felt like a brand new building on the outskirts (and a bit quieter) of Ho Chi Minh with great access to shopping malls, food, restaurants and all other city attractions. We had a 2 bed apartment, which was in as new condition, exceptionally clean and well equipped. Full kitchen and appliance set, 2 large beds, 2 bathrooms, everything you need for a family stay in a big city. Staff at check in were excellent and welcoming. Price is awesome for everything that you get. Cannot be faulted!!!

Construction noise from the near by tunnel road works was noticeable through the night but that’s totally out of the control of the hotel/residence.

Location was good, it was away from the city (district 1) - so the area is not so crowded. I think GPS maps kept guiding the Grab drivers through the little streets versus - I think there is a quicker way to arrive at the location. It's right by SC Vivocity, which had easy access to food options and a supermarket - would have been an added bonus to be connected in case of weather and traffic safety.

The staff took a really long time to deliver our suitcases to our room, in the end, we went down to remind the staff and found the staff sitting at the counter on his phone. The towels are clean but wearing out with lots of thread frays, even after a few changes (I stayed over 3 nights). Weather was hot in HCM, so it was surprising that each lobby level was non-air conditioned nor ventilated.

The clean large apartment with everything you need for the stay. The kitchen was so well-equipped and everything worked well. The convenience store next to the hotel is so useful and is open 24/7 and is well-stocked with daily requirements. There is also a mall in the next building with a large supermarket.

It was a little further away from the city but it was mostly the traffic which made it longer. The beds were very hard and the pillows heavy and not comfortable.

Booked with my family and stayed at the 3 bedroom apartment, we walked in and the living room was spacious, the kitchen and laundry bit were great, and the rooms were tidy and spacious, it had an ensuite and another bathroom so was really happy with this. Wifi is great, used the gym and the pool too. We also had an Amazing view at 14th floor, we also had the breakfast buffet and was outstanding, overall a great stay.

Fantastic rooms work lots of space. The mall next door is very handy. I especially loved the washing and dyer which is super appreciated after 2 weeks of dirty clothes. The housekeeping staff did such a wonderful job and everything is spotless

The staff were professional however, just lacked any warmth or a friendly hello upon checking in or throughout my stay for 4 nights

Everything was excellent. Facilities were clean, comfortable and new, pool with a great view of the city, and breakfast tasty and rich. A special thank you for the staff (everyone from the reception staff, to security, to kitchen staff) who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They were extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. If we are ever back in HCMC, we will definitely choose Oakwood residence again.

The friendly welcome we got after an awful journey.When we were shown to our studio apartment ,it was even better than we imagined,It was spacious and very well equipped ,even down to the torch and tissue box. As for the large bed it was the most comfortable one we have ever slept in .The bedding was so amazingly cool and soft to the touch.I loved the shower with the choice of the rain or normal .The pressure was excellent too,the free toiletries a bonus. We liked the fact that there was a washer/dryer with complimentary washing powder.We did use this facility quite a few times over the 2 weeks..The climate controlled Aircon was wonderful..Unlike some hotels/accommodation you did not have to constantly regulate it. The swimming pool on the 5th floor with the city view is not to be missed with complimentary towels.. Full length mirrors, plenty of storage space .a good hairdryer,iron and ironing board and no need to bring travel adapters ,all so important but well thought out. The restaurant/bar ABV is underneath, have lovely welcoming staff too,We found out it i operates separately but it was such a bonus for Breakfast/lunch/dinner or just a drink and a snack. In future we will search out Oakwood residences when we are travelling.

Nothing negative everything 5 star plus. Just a suggestion,a cloth to wipe the sides down please. .We had a spillage and nothing to wipe it down with.Lucky I had some anti bacterial wipes with me.

Super clean, quiet, and friendly staff. Exactly what we needed to compliment our busy schedule.

Can not complain about anything really. We did have things to do in district 1 and this location (district 7) made for challenging travel given the terrible traffic. Otherwise perfect hotel for us.

The staff were really helpful, the apartment was really lovely, comfortable and clean. the beds were really comfortable. The pool area was nice, the gym is small but well equipped with all the equipment working.

My only negative about this property was that there was no dishwashing soap or cloths to wash up. I could but washing up liquid down stairs in the 24 hour shop but couldn’t get cloths. Everything else was great!
