The property is at a central location and near to everything - landmarks, attractions, restaurants and shops. Room was decent enough for a few nights stay.

Too many mosquitoes inside the room. They seriously need to consider eliminating mosquitoes in room. While they do put a mosquito repellent in the hallway, the mosquitoes eventually get into room from under the doors. The room itself needs upgrading. Room is not as new as it looks in photos. The door was hard to lock and unlock. The shower area is small but can do if the shower head is properly positioned (it was hard to get water to fall directly downwards instead of towards the wall). No hot shower - it only is a little warm but mostly cold. The bathroom hardwares are old. If they can improve on these then I would be interested in staying again when in Ho Chi Minh. Currently would only choose this place for the location.

Room is of decent size compared to many others in Bui Vien. Room is reasonably clean. Location is great just 200m from bui vien.

The bed are on the hard side but its ok for me. Its slightly old the hotel but that's not an issue..

Hotel right in the center of HCM city, near the New Ben Thanh Market and the Walking Street. The location was great - I could easily access the surrounding attractions. However, there was no restaurant in the hotel, so I had to go out for meals. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. Overall, it was an affordable stay and I would recommend it for travelers on a budget.

Location was excellent and staff were nice. The room was clean and quiet despite being in such a popular location. There was a resident kitten (Sam) we got to play with, the highlight of our trip!

The room was dated and run down (not accurate to the photos provided) and our bathroom door didn't close properly.

The reception manager was extremely helpful and welcoming. He helped me with all my needs and responded immediately to all my questions and needs. After initially booking for a couple of nights, I decided to stay here for a week.

I wouldn't say dislike, but as a long staying guest I had hoped they would give some discounts, this applies not just to this hotel, but others too. I don't understand why they don't value loyalty and express some gratitude for guests who extend their stays.

Although I was only there for one night, I felt at ease due of the welcoming and energetic staff and convenient location near Bui Vien's primary junction. Although the accommodation was not very big, I was still happy with the affordable pricing for such a lovely location. I plan to return to this place on my upcoming travels.

Perfect location to walk everywhere, comfortable, AC, good value for money and 24/7 desk with helpful staff was really appreciated.

A little old and run down but you get what you pay for. The location and staff make up for it. For a comfortable cheap night stay in Ho Chi Minh with an AC you can’t really complain so don’t be a cry baby.

Good value for the money plus excellent service. Excellent location. It would be advisable to remain here. The staff go even further to make sure you're taken care of. quite close to the main spots in Ho Chi Minh City

Clean, central and also quiet in the rooms. staff are lovely, rooms are good value. We stayed in Saigon a few weeks back and paid the same amount elsewhere for a much worse room. Saigon is very expensive in comparison to the rest of Vietnam so this place was very good for what we paid. (superior double with genius discount)

Great location, in the middle of the city, Ben Thanh market, War museum, Walking street are just walking distances. Our room was cozy, look like new. Staff`s useful and friendly, they always tryin to help us with anything.
