Breakfast was not included on our stay which we knew when booking. There is a beautiful coffee shop right across the street for breakfast. The staff were wonderful, Hang and Tin especially and the others whose names we don't know. If you want to avoid being ripped off by local taxis, ask the staff to arrange transport. Through them it was nearly a quarter of the price! Remember it is a budget priced hotel in a great location so keep that in mind if you book. Our bathroom had been remodelled which was nice. Circle K almost next door. Fridge on all the time. Aircon good.

Just the pillows in our room were a little uncomfortable but that could have been just our room.

the price is worthy. room is neat. the customers are normal travelers. feel safe about it. the tub is also big and clean

the electric card key didn't work well. got stuck for a few times and need to went down to reception to fix. the big glass between room and restroom is totally transparent. no privacy at all and create some awkwardness

Spacious room with sitting and desk area and good enough wifi, although the wifi's signal strength varied quite a bit. Strong water pressure and hot water in a bathroom with a separate bathing area so the floor didn't get all wet. Excellent location near walking street and all that it offers, and provided much more value for the price than other hotels in the area. Came with motorbike parking.

The staff didn't anticipate when supplies in the room would run out and we had to make at least one trip downstairs letting them know that we didn't have enough of one thing or another.

The location is great, you can easily walk to the main attractions in the center of Saigon. There are plenty of eateries, cafes and bars around. It's also in an area with wide pavements so you can walk around and enjoy it. My room had a great view of the Saigon River. It's clean, comfortable, the bathroom is big. The staff are extremely helpful, polite and friendly. Nothing much to say other than that I was very happy with my room and stay, overall!

The location is convenient location and recommended whether you are there for a business stay or a vacation. Some tourist attractions are within walking distance yet not too far to take a taxi/grab car if you do not wish to walk. Quite easy to order grab from the hotel. Helpful staff and eager to assist employees throughout our stay.

A little difficult to communicate with evening staff, although lovely people. We don't know Vietnamese!

Good Location, Rooms do look like pictures and have been redone. bath in room. helpful staff needed to check in earlier then booked and they switch my room and got it cleaned ASAP.

Rooms only partly redone, ceiling and exhaust fan need a good clean. no hot water. Wifi not great.

Location was great near all tourist attractions Remembrance palace, post office ect. Super close to ferry, eating, markets. Tin and Giau at front desk were super helpful and always greeted you with a bright smile 😁

Had coffee/tea facility but only a 3 in 1 coffee satchel available, no black coffee!!

Stayed here twice (on arrival in Vietnam & again before flying home) - location is great (short walk to all major attractions). The room was very comfortable, bright and clean with a good bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good. I will stay here again.
