The buffet breakfast was excellent, great variety and service. The room was also great, large, serviced with whatever we wanted. The location also proved to be very handy, the availability of the inhouse courtesy vehicle, could not have been better. The staff, I must say, welcoming and continued to service with a smile, and provided assistance when needed.

I am not sure there was anything that we did not like. If the question was, where could we improve. Possible gift pack in the room or welcoming pack. Maybe something to consider as special going forward. A discount bathroom robe, I considered on one day. Not that we have room in our baggage, anyway.

the location is great as getting around was rather easy. one can walk or just catch a taxi to the place. The check-in was very efficiently done. We were very thankful that the hotel allowed us to check in early after 12pm. The staff were very polite and knowledgeably about the area too. Mr Hoang, I believe, is the manager, was also very helpful in assisting with our check-in. Even the concierge on the ground floor was extremely helpful. The facilities were kept clean - the pool was inviting and so was the jacuzzi. a great place to stay!

it met the standard of a good hotel. all was good for us. even food was easily available outside the hotel.

Due to a problem with our previous hotel, we were forced to leave and look for a new place. We booked this hotel in the middle of the night, on December 20th, at 2.30 a.m. Despite the fact that booking.com does not allow us to book for the night of 19th - 20th of December, we called the hotel and they answered right away because we were dialing a local number from an international phone. We appreciate the quick response, even though it was in the middle of the night. We intend to stay for two nights (19th - 21st December). The hotel accepted payment from Booking.com for the 20th - 21st of December and charged us the same price for an extra night. We arrived at the hotel at 3 a.m. and were greeted warmly. We requested a non-smoking room on the non-smoking floor ( this hotel has a certain level that allows smoking). The booking.com room was unavailable, so they gave us a twin room, but they joined the beds together. The next day, they upgraded us to a larger and extremely soundproof room on the 20th floor. This hotel provided extra toiletries and towels for every room we stayed in. I am very happy and grateful to have moved here. Definitely recommend it to anyone visiting HCMC!

Marvelous facility and extremely helpful staff! Felt comfortable and relaxed the moment I arrived. It was nice that there was a market next to/connected to the hotel. Security was a big plus. They helped make sure that the grab driver wad the correct one before you got in with them. They would also help with calling a taxi or flagging down your grab driver. Major kudos to the staff members! Would stay here again!

Service with a smile and always said yes. Room quite standard but still good. Restaurants Onsight were great. District 5 is very different to the touristy District 1. Rooftop pool was refreshing.

Besides the hotel restaurants there wasn't really much around except for 'street food'. Room service menu was not correct at the time. I believe this may have being just re-opened from covid shut down though.

Spacious rooms and common areas. staff was great, helpful in all respects. good location for us and surprisingly little street noise given it’s location.

very strange that you can’t book anything to your room- breakfast , room service, etc.. which is not very convenient.

Our accomodation was exclusive of breakfast but we did try it. There were many options to choose from the breakfast buffet and i wish there were more fruit juices offered. Overall it was worth it.

We could hear people talking outside our room. Could have upgrade the sound proofing and the telivison as well.

Friendly staff, they even prepared birthday cake for me which really surprising and impressive! thank you!

the room i stayed this time got an unstable hot water supply, also the water leaked out from the bathrobe. the wifi connection is a bit poor too.

Service & Staff

issue a parking permit card so that we don't need to get a receipt every time we need the motorbike. Initially we need to pay for the parking, while other hotels at a much lower price we don't need to.

housekeeping staff is exceptional. have leave a note for me that our safe was not locked and have report to receptionist manager to have our belongings secure. Feel safe to stay in hotel.
