Staff were excellent. Thien in particular was a friendly gentleman. Since my partner and I come from UK and could not speak any Vietnamese, we were pleasantly surprised that Thien’s English was to a very high standard. We checked in at an awkward time of 3am but Thien welcomed us and this was much appreciated from us since we endured a long and exhausting flight. I wish Thien and the rest of the team here great success and good health.

This was an excellent hotel - incredible value for such a luxurious place. We were particularly surprised at the quality of the breakfast which, given that it was included, was really good. The only drawback was that the walk to town wasn't particularly scenic - but that really didn't matter given how comfortable the hotel was.

It was our first stay in a Vinpearl hotel and it exceeded our expectations, especially in a less touristy destination. The hotel is very nice and clean, located in the center of the Lang Son city, which surprised us a lot with its charm, cave and gorgeous mountain scenery. The room was perfect, it got everything we needed. Aside from a very accommodating staff, facilities are well maintained and clean. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and we totally recommend everyone staying in this hotel to try their amazing spa. It was literally one of the best body treatments we received in over one year in Vietnam - no talking/whispering, soothing music in the background, very attentive and delicate staff, the reflexology massage was wonderful. Breakfast was very tasty and we also enjoyed the food ordered for dinner in their restaurant. Overall, it was a perfect stay in a lovely city :)

There was a misunderstanding - we booked a room for 2 nights, but we got our access cards blocked on the second evening, because the reception staff thought we would stay only one night. It was a strange explanation, given the fact that our luggage was in the room and we came by in the afternoon, too. Fortunately, it got solved quickly and it did not affect our overall experience. Another aspect I would like to mention refers to the deposit upon check in - nobody asked for one, but I was refused to pay for the spa treatment upon check out because of non existent deposit, which made sense. As a luxury hotels group, I would expect to be informed about everything upon check in, leave a deposit payment and enjoy all the facilities without carrying the money with me.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Big plus that we could park our motorbike in the garage for free. The bed was really comfortable and much needed after exploring the northern part of Vietnam by motorbike.

Very big, but also extremely comfortable. Nice view from 14th floor. Breakfast is served at 6th floor with possibility of sitting outdoors. Wonderful

Every staff we met was very helpful and friendly! The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom has good water and sufficient amenities. Good location with a nice view overlooking the city. Good experience overall!

Everything was great, from the free underground secure parking, the friendly staff, comfortable, clean room. Great Hotel.
