Everything good with the hotel itself though the bed was too hard but that is common in Vietnam

When I came to pay with my Visa card apparently they don't take cards.... according to the email I received they did. I was relying on that. So I had to take money from an ATM and was charged 45000 vnd to do so. That charge effectively added almost 20% to my room bill. As my trip was nearing the end I had intended to use my remaining cash sparingly and not use an ATM again. Very disappointed. For some reason the girl didn't want to give me a receipt and I had to insist. Not good. If you bear all the foregoing in mind it's still a good hotel, just be aware about card use.

We loved our stay here because it was quite part of Nha Trang with local prices in restaurants/coffee shops and no overpriced tourist prices. We will come back again.

We extended our stay for one more week so in total we stayed for two weeks. In those two weeks, they didn't change the sheets at all. The room was cleaned and the bed was made but the sheets were never changed.

The view from the window is magnificent. Window on two corners of the room.

For all the time they did not clean a single time and did not bring bottled water. They changed one towel at my request. I lived there for 3 nights. The room was deluxe. Perhaps this is due to the fact that I was there during the lunar new year.

Good hotel right at the big road, few minutes walking to the beach. Just get 3-5 usd more to upgrade to Balcony room with mountain view. Beautiful!. The staff is helpful too

We liked the location. It was a little out of town which was nice but still very close to the beach. The views of the mountains was absolutely beautiful.

We really dislike leaving negative reviews but we think this is unfortunately fair. We found the staff to be a little un-accomodating with any requests, & I hate to say it, but a little rude. We had breakfast included which we requested a time for the breakfast (as they deliver the breakfast to your room). Every morning it was 1.5 hours earlier than we ask, which we were out or still asleep. Even when we discussed this with them they did the exact same thing the next morning. The pho would be cold so we couldn’t eat it anyway. Some of our laundry was lost also which we had to follow up. The room also needed a good clean, cockroaches under the chairs, bed sheets where not the correct size for the bed, floor really dirty etc. We also had a dispute as leaving, we are very certain we paid at the start (as of course you do in every accommodation). As we were checking out they said we didn’t pay. Unfortunately it was going off ‘he said she said’ in which we just paid again. We didn’t receive a receipt so I higher recommend getting a receipt as I feel we had paid twice. I really would love to see this hotel turn it around as I think it has so much potential.
