Very convenient to have a shopping mall, casino, cinema, grocery store, gym and restaurants attached to this hotel. The staff were very nice. Free beach chairs on 1st come 1st serve basis but they were in such need of repair that we ended up paying for good chairs. Location was great. View from room 1408 was beautiful. Rooms and hotel very clean. Big breakfast buffet but wasn't thrilled with the food.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable and well-equipped, and we truly appreciated the friendly gesture of upgrading us to a higher category — it made our experience even more enjoyable. The gym is absolutely amazing — luxurious and very well-maintained. It has all kinds of strength training machines, plenty of treadmills and stationary bikes. It’s one of the best hotel gyms we’ve seen. The breakfast buffet was also fantastic, offering a wide variety of foods and fresh fruits, including several delicious Vietnamese specialties. However, there are a couple of things that need improvement. During check-in, the staff forgot to return our passports. They only called us a day later to return them. Had we not retrieved them in time, it could have seriously impacted our travel plans, since our next and final destination was Ho Chi Minh City and the embassy is in Hanoi — this was very upsetting. Also, the check-out process could be improved. Guests are made to wait 5–10 minutes while a staff member physically checks the room minibar to ensure nothing was taken. It’s a bit inconvenient, especially when you’re in a hurry. Overall, we enjoyed the hotel very much, but we hope they improve these important operational details.

As expected from a 5* but great value for money. Great breakfast, rooms cleaned every day, staff very friendly and helpful, modern facilities in room, I really liked the bedside touch pad that controlled all the lights so you didn't have to get out of bed to turn them off/on 😁

If I had to pick one thing, the lift system is abit frustrating, especially during busy times like breakfast etc, I did stay on the 19th floor though (2nd from top) so it took a while to come Down and go up with stopping at other floors. It is shared with non residents who use the gym on the 4th floor and the basement for parking so quite often this is the issue not the guests. There aren't stairs to walk even if You wanted to for example from the ground floor lobby to the restaurant on the floor above. I think there are stairs but they are more of a emergency exit. Minor detail though.

the elevator was overloded we had to a wait

Great location, helpful staff, spacious room, comfortable bed

The elevators are terrible. During the time we were staying, one was completely broken. One was not really working because it rarely stopped to get people. The only one which was working was always full of people and went up and down super slow. Sometimes it stopped and open on every single floor even though there was no one waiting. The worst case was when my husband and one guy were even stuck there for a while. Not long after that a staff and I got stuck in the same one on the 19th floor.

The concierge's English was very basic. The private beach is not really private and someone not from the hotel's staff is asking money for the beach chairs

The location is ideal, just across the road from the beach and near to shops and restaurants. The room was lovely, spacious with a large bed, a fantastic view of the city and sea and quiet and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was good with a lot of healthy options such as fruits and vegetables. The breakfast restaurant is very spacious so although the hotel had many guests the restaurant never felt crowded. Staff were all friendly and welcoming.

The lifts were so slow. Not enough lifts for the number of guests.

the pool did not live up to expectations. sun beds and other seating not as shown on the internet. we felt we needed to use the beach where there were limited sun beds first come, first served and where open to the public if they paid.

What an amazing experience to be at this accommodation !!!! We are extremely grateful for the opportunity to stay at a hotel like this! Staff at this hotel were just amazing - always willing to help us anytime; when we needed accommodation, transport, to plan a trip or some useful information, they were always willing to help us with literally ANYTHING that we needed. We can't put in words how incredible the people who work here are. They feel like family to us, which is something you can't usually find in hotels. Furthermore, the rooms we stayed at were always clean, comfortable, and nicely arranged. The location of the hotel is directly in the city center, which made our access to anything way easier. Literally, we have nothing to complain about. Everything was more than what we expected with really good people who were always willing to help. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone!!!
