For 160k it's a great one night stay, location (10 min walk to the train station) is very convenient if you arrive or depart by train. Hot water, all the amenities, early check in and they kept my suitcase until late in the evening which I am very grateful for!

The room is without windows, it smelled like mold, but for one night it was fine. Also there was a cockroach downstairs in the bathroom but then again, it's Vietnam, they come from different corners..

Pleasant hotel, friendly staff, cozy rooms, I stayed in this hotel several times and was always satisfied, I really like the location of the hotel in a cozy quiet area away from high-rise buildings, quiet and peaceful, and no roosters will interrupt your sleep :) but at the same time, it is not difficult to reach the sea, small loads on the legs are always useful.

The bed was clean and comfy, shower was good. Free water and also some softdrinks for a nice price in the room.

The room had a lot of cobwebs, the lights on the hallway were constantly going on and off, which was visible in my room, but not the biggest of problems!

Very good value for the price. Location was very good, central to everything I needed, including within walking distance to train station, walking distance to the beach and to the wet market closeby.

My room did not have a window but the A/C and WIFI were good. The young men working there were very nice but hardly spoke any English.

Good decoration and facilities surround. The staff is friendly.

It is easy to see the dirty stains on pillow cases, the blanket and the towels. The guesses make noises in the early mornings and late at night. The hotel should have a sign to avoid those annoyed sound

Nice location, away from the main street, where everything is super turisty and expensive, you can find nice local restaurant and shops and market around

The standard double room actually doesn’t have a window looking out, it’s looking to the corridors. The doors are not soundproof, so you hear what is going on or when someone else closing the door.

The room was very spacious and clean. The location is excellent, close to the city center and train station. Hieu in the reception was very kind and helpful. 100% recommended.

This place is a great value for money. They have nice, new clean rooms in a lively neighborhood. There are cafe's and coffee shops all over this neighborhood and its a 10 minute walk to the beach.

Nothing, it was great!

We came too early but the owner was extremely friendly and let us check in early. The bed was comply and new and the whole place had a nice vibe. Also very close by the train station. We checked out at midnight cause we had to catch the night train.
