The staff at Novotel Nha Trang were brilliant particularly Tuan. I accidentally booked the incorrect dates and arrived a day early. Tuan went out of his way to ensure that we had a room for the additional night. The service is pure class, the rooms clean and comfortable, the views breathtaking and the buffet breakfast and dinner outstanding value. This was my 3rd visit to Nha Trang and the first time i have stayed at Novotel. Going forward Novotel will be the only place I stay.

Fabulous hotel - way above the standard of a Novotel in England. Had a room on the 16th floor which was very spacious and had great balcony looking out over the ocean. Unfortunately we had already booked our next accommodation in Mui Ne, otherwise would have stayed here longer. Breakfast was of a high standard with lots of choice and all staff were extremely helpful and pleasant

The hotel has a great location across from the beach close to town and other restaurants. Our room was upgraded to a beautiful view of the beach front! We used our balcony everyday. The staff was always cheerful and very helpful. We also enjoyed the wide selection at breakfast. It was a lovely stay!

Novotel Nha Trang is beautiful, close to the city center, shopping malls, coffee shops and restaurants. The swimming pool is small but manageable. Breakfast is excellent, so is the staff. I'll definitely visit again.

Everything was perfect as it should be. Sea view, comfy and clean.
Please note you can only pay by your credit card, you are not allowed to pay using cash. We want to pay with cash they said it must be the booking credit card which is very much a hassle for us. Almost had an arguement.
