The views from the rooms and the amazing infinity pool that wraps around the top floor of the building. Convenient to the city so easy to walk around. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was abundant. We were offered a birthday cake which was a lovely touch.

The time that it took for use the elevators which is out of their control. The hotel has many lifts working overtime to accomodate the number of people. Out on our window ledge were old cigarette butts that had not been cleaned. Window opens really wide and easy for someone to get out (we were on the 36th floor)!!

We got a room upgrade. The view was fantastic. Staff very professional. Breakfast has a nice selection. Location is perfect.

Little bit of confusion on the pool, we only had restricted access to the sky lounge until 4pm, then you have to pay. However there is a free pool for guests on a lower floor. It's also a little bit difficult to get the the 40th floor pool, you need to use a separate lift and ask a member of reception to bring you there. They should maybe gives guests a wristband or a key card with access at certain times to save this hassle

The location is great when it is at the centre of the city, a 2-mins walk to the beach. The breakfast buffet was good, nice and well-organized restaurant.

The hotel lobby on the second floor is quite nice but the common area and entrance on first floor are too loud and a bit crowded.

The location is fantastic, also liked the rooftop pool. Had the buffet breakfast once which had many options.

It’s been mentioned in lots of reviews already, but the lift takes forever which is strange considering there are about 6 of them.

The location was great, close to restaurants, shopping etx.views amazing from the room. Staff very helpful. Food nice . Overall very happy

only minor things.Have to pay for rooftop pool. fridge in room was only a cooler... Not a fridge.

Amazing location, top view from the balcony, good value for money! The rooms are big and beds are super comfy!

Roof top pool looks a bit old, was very windy so didn't enjoy much, however the view is amaizng!

Perfect location, close to beach and restaurants. Excellent breakfast and a good equipped gym.

The water pressure in the shower was not the best, and it was always a little wait for the elevators, but not a big deal.

rooms were very clean. location was great.

elevator was super slow even though there are so many of them. we turned off house keeping but I guess the light to say do not come was so dim they still came in anyways.
