The Anam Hotel is a super nice luxury hotel just next to the beach, with two separate, clean pools. The room was clean, nicely decorated and spacious. We ate almost everyday at the Lang Viet restaurant which serves delicious Vietnamese food (and good cocktails). The staff in the whole hotel was very friendly and helpful. Thank you again for the whole Team for making our stay so pleasant. If we come back to Mui Ne in the future we will definitely stay at the Anam again!

About properly -None However, there had an issue of government electricity and affected to the area on the day I arrived.

This hotel is exceptional, from staff, food, service, etc is pretty much on point. I have stayed at hotels all over the world and this is top notch in pretty much all areas, and anything you might need is in your room already. The breakfast buffet is the best I have ever seen as well, any kind of food for anyone and you can also special order some items. I have already been telling others about this hotel. If I'm ever back in this area, this will be my only place to stay. Wish they had other properties as I would book with them as well.

Wifi is open and unsecured, was very slow and kept dropping. Due to tile floors in rooms that every time someone moved furniture or their chairs you could hear everything.

- Good location, beach front, unfortunately the waves were too strong for us to swim, but we could still enjoy the pool - Good breakfast buffet, I really enjoyed coffee bar where barista made decent coffee for us - Very friendly and accommodating staff

- bedding were uncomfortable for us (pillow too high, mattress too soft, bed sheets were not clean for us on the first night, but the staff changed the bed sheet immediately upon complaint) - electricity went out suddenly in our room, it was just short moment but I had to get out of bed to turn on AC again, which was very inconvenient

This resort is relatively new, and has got a great vibe. I'd say it's the best in town. The staff here is exceptional. Always friendly and going above and beyond to accommodate to our needs. Thanks Phu and Anh, and everybody else who were so helpful! All the facilities are in good condition, what you see on the website is what you get. The same cannot be said with some other options. There are plenty of free facilities for guests including the beach, two swimming pools, a gym, an activity room for kids and one recreation room for adults. If you don't mind spending a little extra, the spa was wonderful and well worth it. The restaurant was also a highlight. We ordered a set menu and not only were the portions generous, the quality was top-tier. They also organise local tours for their guests. All the tours in the area are structured pretty much the same, and in comparison to what we found online, here the pricing was actually very reasonable and comes with much better, tailored service.

If I have to nitpick, I'd say the location is slightly further from the main town than others, but really it is just a short taxi ride away, and there really isn't that much going on in town anyway so we never felt like we needed to be out during our stay.

First step/check in and up to check out was crafted with quality and perfection . Amazing building and staff. Everything seems like from the movie - staff is maintaining property constantly, its spotless. Art on walls creates colonial style vibe. The Room is big and everything is done on the highest possible level. Soaking tub has a soaking salt and coffee machine is decent for night sip, water is in glass bottles (2 for each person plus can be upgraded any time) . Breakfast was the best in our stay in Vietnam (from 3 last 5 stars hotels). Beach is clean and maintained constantly. 2 swimming pools with comfortable water temperature. That place will work for any traveler - single, couple or family trips.

Spa experience was not up to my expectation and standards. Its good but some improvement i would recommend - 1/ questionnaire was filled but it wasnt followed, 2/ masseurs have some verbal conversation and laugh during session, I personally don't think its creates proper atmosphere, 3/ I would like to have clear sound about start and finish of session 4/ darker room 5/ better music

Very high standard and new infrastructure. The attention to detail is magnificant. This hotel provides everything that you need for a relaxing beach holiday.

The service in the Vietnamese Restaurant ist too slow and not attentive. It gets very frustration to wait half an hour in front of empty plates. Sometimes we just left without the table beeing clear and without having tee, coffee and deserts because it was too long of a wait. The concept of the cashier and bar beeing placed on the other side of the restaurant to where people actually sit makes it very hard to get attention of the staff. The staff is generally very kind and lovely but it seems that they have no all been trained properly.

The resort was incredible, the pools, the restaurants and the room - the staff went above and beyond and the location was perfect

We were excited to use the beautiful roll top Bath that was in our room however the hot water pressure in both the bath and shower was very limited which meant it did not reach boiling point and we were left with a cold/lukewarm shower and bath at times. We did inform staff however they advised this was normal. A little disappointing.

We had such a wonderful staying at The Anam Maui Ne. The facility’s were beautiful and very clean at all times. All of the staff were fantastic with Du one of the waitstaff being the absolute best! He constantly went above and beyond for us and always did everything with a smile. We hope to come back one day!

The pool was beautiful but a bit too warm. It would be much better if it was cooler.

Breakfast was great with different dishes every day during our 3 night stay.

Rooms were nice and almost well designed. However, without a bath tray or any associated bench, the bath was not readily usable. It would have been better if there had been a clothing rack to hang clothes/towels near the shower and/or bath. There should have been more low pillows as well. The pillows provided were too high and when we asked for some low ones, staff advised all low pillows were given to other guests already. It was a bit noisy due to lawn mowing early morning and furniture moving on the upper level.
