Location is in central Phu Ly and located above a shopping mall where you can purchase whatever you like. I loved the included access to the spa facilities and swimming pool as well as the size and quality of the room.

Bartenders were new and therefore did not know how to make some standard cocktails. But they allowed me behind the bar to make them myself. Also sometimes language was a barrier as I don’t speak Vietnamese.

Central location in the middle of the commercial district of Phu Ly. Very spacious, quiet and comfortable room. Super friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet. Staff helped us organise transportation and visit

Nobody attending the spa counter to answer questions Room door did not close automatically which is a bit dangerous if you don’t pay attention

Breakfast, and location which is close to the mart (Winmart) and in the area where I can find the restaurants easily and not too far.

Cleaning is OK. Just the first day cleaning at the bathroom needs improvement (almost ok- just very minor). They forget to have a Garbage bag in the trash bin.

Location is great and the hotel is really a 5 star hotel. We have been travelling for some time now but were really surprised at Melia. Wow! Alex, the guest experience manager, knows what hospitality is. This Guy goes up and betond. He helped us with tours, taxi’s etc!

Nothing In the future the hotel will organise tours. At that time Phu Ly is a must visit city. For now it’s a bit off the besten track (what we like!)

The hotel interior as well as the rooms were excellent. Great panoramic views of the city as it is one of the tallest buildings. Good wifi as well throughout the hotel. Nice indoor pool.. Great location very close to many shops.

Food options for vegetarians very limited. Had to keep eating the same breakfast every single day during our 4 day stay there.. Lack of variety.. Spa treatment was average.. We asked for an early check in and even though rooms were available, we were not given a room.. They kept saying room is getting ready but there was hardly any occupancy in the hotel so we can assume they did not want to accommodate our request..

The facility and service are excellent! I asked the receptionist for an iron, and he told me it would be brought to my room at 6 a.m, and boom it arrived right on time, no earlier, no later. I was genuinely impressed! Fantastic job <3

The hotel is clean and has 4-season swimming pool, spa & sauna. It also locates above the shopping mall and at the center of surroundings.

Check with the hotel for parking time during weekends, because the hotel is right at the walking street - vehicle closed during weekends.

Very clean hotel and room. Room was very spacious with a comfy bed. Good selection of food and drinks in the restaurant and bar. Had a fantastic message in the Spa.

Our shower leaked. Would have also preferred it if food and drinks could be billed to the room.

Wonderful hotel. We really enjoyed our stay as usual. Our third time in the hotel during our visits to family at Phu Ly.

Everything was perfect.

The location of the hotel is very good, it’s in the center of the city with the night market on Saturday night. Staffs are friendly and eager to help. The hotel is clean and comfortable.
