It was my first time in Phu Quoc. Chose this hotel because I like the atmosphere of tropics it gives. Everything was nice. Had a bit of troubles with hot water, but it was only one day issue and in a hot country one can handle it :) Lovely staff, clean rooms. You have everything you need. Not right at the beach, but it wasn't an issue for me. An electric tuktuk is available until 22.00 to get you to the main road or the beach. Nice breakfast, provides everything you need. I will definitely come back to Phu Quoc and I will definetely stay in this hotel again. Thank you to all the staff for a lovely experience ♥️

Staying at Valley Village was truly a treat. Our week-long stay was perfect. The perfect blend of nature, relaxation and life. Perfect location, close to nature, Great location for getting around the island and beach with lidos with wifi and food. Great shuttle service to the bus stop and beach. You have the option to do yoga in the morning. But what made our stay special were the people. The manager and her staff are truly amazing, welcoming. It's like home, very attentive to everyone's needs. Be careful of requests for expressed intolerances. To feel good in this place you need to love nature and its contact with wild animals, sweet good mornings from monkeys

A wonderful, peaceful place that provides everything you need for a relaxing stay. And if something is missing, Quinn is there in no time to take care of it. The breakfast is an absolute highlight: fresh fruit and a variety of warm dishes that change daily, leaving nothing to be desired. Another great perk is the free yoga sessions, which are absolutely amazing. A special mention goes to Dung, an incredibly friendly and helpful staff member who is always ready to drive guests to Main Street. Additionally, motorbikes can be rented at a very reasonable price, making it easy and enjoyable to explore the island. Even when the ATM swallowed my credit card, Quinn came to the rescue and resolved the issue in no time – a true lifesaver! We wish we could have stayed longer, and even two weeks after our visit, we still reminisce about the wonderful time we had at this resort. Despite traveling to many other destinations since then, this place in Phu Quoc remains unforgettable. A heartfelt and sincere thank you for this amazing stay!

Beautiful, tranquil place. Delicious breakfast and lovely pool. The staff were super attentive especially the very kind man on reception who picked us up and dropped us off at the main road in his golf cart whenever we wanted! We split our time in Phu Quoc between this place and an isolated beach resort, and we really loved the combo. Valley Village is tucked away in nature but you can get to the shops, nightlife and airport quickly. We left very relaxed!

Not the hotel's fault but staying in nature does mean a few mosquitoes around! But the hotel did a great job of providing the incense coils to keep them away from the lovely porch chairs. And the air conditioning works really well in the rooms so no problem with them in there!

The bungalows in Valley Village are a bit tucked away from the main street with all the big resorts and more touristic places. It was indeed exactly what we were expecting to find; a real hidden gem surrounded by nature to relax for our island getaway. Loved the bungalows, the room, the outdoor bathroom with jungle sounds all around, the pool and also the breakfast every morning. We loved the staff and all the efforts they put into making our stay the best one on the island! We had a nice passion fruit welcome drink upon arrival, where they also helped us renting a scooter right on the spot. They even decorated our room with lights and balloons for my boyfriend’s birthday, and bought him a really delicious birthday cake with his name written on it. Over more they helped us with information about the island and gave us tips and tricks we found very useful. The staff became our friends even though we only stayed 2 nights. Also appreciated the free yoga class in the morning. Would recommend to everyone without hesitation!

Wowww where to start. The location is amazing. You feel like you are in the forest but with great facilities. A place where you can fully relax, while laying at the pool. Next is the wonderful staff, whom are very welcoming, ready to help you at any given time. Especially Tuan and miss. Quinn. Tuan will drive you, always with a smile, to the main road with an electric vehicle of the hotel. Every morning we had our little chat with miss Quinn at the breakfast. She is such a warm and friendly host. Thank you once again for the wonderful stay!

This hotel is a dream come true! The rooms are spotless and beautifully designed with an amazing outdoor shower. The staff is beyond exceptional—the kindest, most helpful, and warmest I’ve ever met. Breakfast was delicious. The surroundings are breathtaking full of lush greenery and shade. A private electric buggy takes you to the beach anytime you want. Everything about this place is pure luxury and relaxation. If you’re looking for perfection in paradise, this is it. Highly recommended!

Peaceful silent place in the forest aside from road and noise of civilization About 20-30 min walking to the sea or any time free delivery by electric car to the road near the sea and back to hotel Friendly personal ready to help in any question Good breakfast with range fruits, vegetables hot dishes, juices, tea and coffee Special thanks to the owner for keeping my luggage for 6 hours after i checked out the room and went to the sea. After i came back he provided a shower for me!

From the first second Quinh and her team were super welcoming and helpful anytime. We arrived after a long journey and she always had the best warm welcome smile. The Villa was spacious, very clean and the bed super big and comfortable. We loved the silence around us and for breakfast you could have anything you like. We loved this place and it was definitely one of the best places we stayed so far. We wish to come back one day and are thankful for this nice holidays at valley village :)

Nothing! Everything was great!

Very quiet and the staff is amazing. They drove us to the beach everyday (free of charge) there are super cute dogs here. They also helped us getting a gecko out of our room because we didn’t know how. Pool is pretty!

Nothing bad but be aware of animals like frogs and geckos it is an outdoor bathroom and it is normal. Also they provide you with a net to clean your pool they would also do it for you if you ask. And close the doors everytime you leave the room
