On the basis of good reviews I decided to stay in the Elisa Hotel to visit family in Pleiku - I liked it so much I extended my stay. Good sized bedrooms with comfortable 'Wet-room' style bathrooms and all supported by wonderful staff and attentive management. Housekeeping are thorough and ensured a high-standard of cleanliness throughout my stay. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the night market and centre of Pleiku with its almost countless restaurants and coffee shops. The hotel is on a side street and is thus quiet, with great views across Pleiku through large room windows. I hope to be back soon!

Staff support from receptionist Oanh was excellent and beyond expectation. She even provided support during her off hours. She booked transportation and tours for us that fit perfectly to our requirements. Her recommendation of restaurants was spot on. Great location Spacious room and good price

Great hotel with helpful staff. They helped us arrange a bus to Cambodia and let us check in as soon as the room was ready. Room itself was spacious and clean. Location was within easy walking distance to food and the main town. Just what we needed for 1 night.

Nice clean room. The staff is nice. Hot water didn't work at night and the staff fixed it the next morning.

Great location, very new and clean. Staff are very friendly. The room has good view.
The only minus point is the noise: from neighborhood and the hallway (rooms are not sound proof) luckily I’m not a light sleeper so it was alright

Awesome hotel, right at the centre with walking distance to markets and everywhere. Beautiful and quiet neighbourhood, very safe to walk around. Great staff, very clean room, comfort bed.

A good, average, no frills hotel for a short stay. Well priced so good value. No meals available but restaurants within walking distance. Room clean and nice size for 2 people. Combined shower, basin & toilet. There was an 8% local tax added to the on-line booking price.

Spacious room, close to city center
Room had a old smell, didn't like the washroom layout, when you shower everything gets wet, especially the toilet!!! Beds were super hard!!
